I won’t be posting as frequently as I typically do over the next week. Nor will I be reading, liking, and commenting as often as I usually do.
We have out of town guests staying at our place and that means our roles as happy-go-lucky retirees will shift to host and hostess. And I will be the chief tour guide.
Thus, I will have less time to spend with my head buried deep inside my iPhone writing and reading posts, since I’ll be running around hither and yon, showing the best the city has to offer.
But fear not, my fellow bloggers. I have scheduled my daily Fandango’s One-Word Challenge posts for the next week, so I hope you will continue to participate and will read the posts of others who have taken their time to link their responses to my challenges.
And, if I can find a few free minutes away from my hosting and tour guiding duties, I will try to catch as many of your posts as I can fit in and respond to your comments.
So on this Friday the 13th, don’t be superstitious or petulant, look at thing heuristically, and take your proverbial pen, haunted though it might be on this day of superstition, and continue to let your creativity flow.
Written for Teresa’s Three Things Challenge, where the three things are haunted, pen, and superstition. And for the Ragtag Daily Prompt, “superstition,” for Your Daily Word Prompt, “heuristic,” and for the Word of the Day Challenge, “petulant.”
Have fun!

Are you running around hither and yon because of Heather and John?

Are those their names? Thanks. Now I’ll know how to address them.

If I glance at my Reader and see that you’ve published a post, I’ll find time to read it.

Going to be a slow week. Garry surgery is a week from today and next week is busy busy busy. For that matter, the rest of this month and a lot of next are busy, too. Have fun touring! We got toured around SF and it was great.

I’m going to try to steer clear of the tourist traps as much as possible.

Know exactly where you’re coming from. As you can see from my some of my posts we too have a house guest. (and hearthrug!) Enjoy their company.
