We have milk here, but no eggs, so I guess pancakes are off the menu…

Do people realize milk has a limited shelf life?

we buy full fat and freeze it. But, you know, only 2l max because it’s so bulky. But I could imagine anyone with one of those chest freezers could go crazy.

yes I suppose that makes sense. We think it’s unnecessary – cows will still produce milk and they’re going to have to either sell it or pour it away.

Some people are resorting to dry, boxed milk or almond milk in boxes that doesn’t require refrigeration.

Too bad. It’s tough to be isolated, but add to it the stress of finding food and essential items!!!! That’s making it way worse than it needs to be.

Ha, ha. this looks like in the last years of Socialism/Communism in the Eastern Europe 🙂
The only difference is that here they resupply the stores, while there they were not.
