Fandango’s Provocative Question #154

FPQ

Welcome once again to Fandango’s Provocative Question. Each week I will pose what I think is a provocative question for your consideration.

By provocative, I don’t mean a question that will cause annoyance or anger. Nor do I mean a question intended to arouse sexual desire or interest.

What I do mean is a question that is likely to get you to think, to be creative, and to provoke a response. Hopefully a positive response.

I don’t think I’d get too much pushback when I say that we are living in stressful times. Between COVID, political upheavals, being at the brink of a Russian invasion of Ukraine and the potential ramifications of that, Trump’s Big Lie and the potential fall of democracy in America, racial tensions, climate change, inflation, and, well, everything, people are on edge. Couple that with a significant drop in the stock market just this month and the adverse impact that’s having on my retirement account, I know I’m feeling stressed out.

So my provocative question this week is…

What do you do to reduce or relieve stress in your life?

If you choose to participate, write a post with your response to the question. Once you are done, tag your post with #FPQ and create a pingback to this post if you are on WordPress. Or you can simply include a link to your post in the comments. But remember to check to confirm that your pingback or your link shows up in the comments.

Yoga, squeeze my stress ball while reading, cooking and baking.

I read, write, walk the dog, walk on my treadmill, make a cup of tea!

Listen to music (often loudly), write and (rarely anymore with my fibro) walk with camera in hand.
