I also like the image of a man stepping out of his house carrying two enormous suitcases. One is filled with regrets. The other is filled with worries. He puts down one, then the other, and walks away, unencumbered.

Not only does worry not get you anywhere, it can make a person sick. Planning is better than worrying, but living in the moment is even better. Thanks for the reminder.

Both quotes are good. I have very fond memories of Alfred though from my childhood. First thing you did when you got the magazine home was fold the back page.
