MLMM Friday Faithfuls — Acceptance, Belief, and Faith

I must have been asleep at the switch on Friday because I totally missed Jim Adams’ Friday Faithfuls challenge. It was about religion and the challenge was for us to write anything about religion.

Jim warned us that religion can be a very touchy subject for many people, so he asked anyone who responds to this prompt to be respectful of others. I will respect Jim’s wishes.

I am an atheist. Since Jim provided the symbols of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, I thought I’d provide what is generally considered to be a symbol that represents atheism.

But just because there is a generally accepted symbol for atheism, as there are for Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, atheism is not, as many religious people like to claim, a religion. Atheism has no holy books or holy grails. Atheism has no dogma, no rituals, no churches or temples, no tithes, no prayers, no hymns, no rules, no hierarchy.

The only thing atheists have in common is that we do not believe that a supernatural, ever-present, all-knowing, all-seeing, all-powerful God exists. Period. End of story.

I believe that man created God in his image. I believe that Christians, Jews, Muslims, and others who worship God, made up God in the same way that Greeks and Romans, for example, made up Zeus and Jupiter and all the other gods they believed in.

Most atheists are not militant in our belief about the non-existence of God. It doesn’t rule our lives. We just think of it as mythology and if people wish to embrace a mythology, if it helps them get through the days, or floats their boats, that’s fine with us.

But what is not fine with us is how many religious people seem to believe that atheists are a bad, sad, miserable, immoral, lost lot. They feel sorry for or pity us because we have lost our way; we have strayed from the path of righteousness. They can’t understand how we can be moral individuals if we don’t believe in God or an afterlife. It’s so sad that we can’t or won’t allow ourselves to bask in the glory that is God, or to accept Jesus as our savior. Which is why they want to “save” us. How magnanimous of them.

Or if they don’t feel sorry for us and want to “help us see the light,” they become very angry at us when we decline their offer. How dare we question their beliefs? How do we have the audacity to suggest that the Bible isn’t “The Truth,” and that God didn’t create us in his image, or that we evolved from monkeys?

By the way, no atheist ever said human beings evolved from monkeys. We generally accept the evolutionary theory that humans and apes have a common ancestry. And that also means we reject creationism, euphemistically dubbed “intelligent design.” Personally, I have no objection to the teaching of creationism/intelligent design in churches or religious schools. But I do object to teaching it as a science. It’s not science, it’s religion.

I could go on and on about the number of wars that have been fought and lives lost in the name of God or in defense of specific religions. But I think I’ll stop now. I’ll just say that if you believe in God, have faith in God, and accept the teachings of your particular religion, I’m happy for you. All I ask of you is to be happy for me for believing differently than you.

I have argued with you about religion in the past Fandango, but I will never do that again as you seem to be a very sensible human being who is ruled by logic and it many ways, we see things the same. I had no idea that atheist have their own symbol which looks like a circle or maybe it is a zero, symbolizing the null, the lack of, or absence of a belief in a god, i.e., godlessness. For you it probably it represents wholeness in its simplicity, indicating that you are a nonbeliever and that you are not devoid of morality or goodness. You are just a person without a god, which is much better than people who make up their own gods to suit their own purposes and there are too many of those people around in my opinion.

Not believing in the existence of God does not, in and of itself, make a person bad or immoral, just as believing in God, in and of itself, does not make a person good or moral.

I simply know that I care for you and I respect you and your views my friend… I believe in God but you are fully correct in saying that it is My belief… it does not have to be yours for me to love you… I am pretty certain that there will not be a single soul that gets to the end of it all and says … ha, I knew I was exactly right! I visit your site to read about you and your thoughts because they make you YOU… hugs

You know, I’ve been bludgeoned by atheist who thought I wasn’t atheistic enough to suit THEIR belief system. It IS a belief system even if it’s a negative one. Does that make it a religion? What makes a set of beliefs a religion? Is it the erection of special places for praying? Is it the formation of congregations with leaders to speak or chant prayers?

I don’t think that has much to do with it and I spent a LOT of time studying religion, what makes a religion and it has a lot more to do with individuals that belief systems. The assumption that all religions are dogmatic, have churches or temples or mosques or something similar, that there are gods or a god and prayers is not true. Religion is whatever it is to YOU. For a lot of people, it’s money. They may talk about religion, but if you look at their lives, it’s all about money and/or power.

Whatever is the most central “thing” in your life, the thing that matters most to you, the thing that you think about, worry about and study? That IS your religion. With or without dogma or god or gods or prayers. It might be your family. Might be your friends. Might be patriotism or jingoism. It might be a passionate believe in cabals. But it isn’t necessarily anything that others consider a “formal religion.” Attending occasional services isn’t religion. That’s just fitting in with your community.

“Whatever is the most central “thing” in your life, the thing that matters most to you, the thing that you think about, worry about, and study? That IS your religion.” I disagree. What you described are an individual’s priorities, not their religion.

When I talk about religion, I am using the classic definitions of religion being (1) the belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers, regarded as creating and governing the universe; (2)
a particular variety of such beliefs, especially when organized into a system of doctrine and practice; and (3) a set of beliefs, values, and practices based on the teachings of a spiritual leader.

Yes, some atheists can be militant, but most aren’t. And I argue that atheism is not a belief “system,” it’s just one belief: God does not exist. That is it.

And yes, almost all religions are dogmatic, have rituals, have churches or temples or mosques or something similar, and have supernatural gods or a god and prayers.

You say “Religion is whatever it is to YOU.” Try telling that to the IRS when you personally proclaim yourself to be a religion and claim to be exempt from taxes!

Anyway, Marilyn, I guess will have to disagree about what religion is and whether atheism is a religion. But thanks for taking the time to comment and express your opinions.

I’m actually not entering the discussion between yourself and Marilyn at this point. I’m just pondering… truly wonder about this. It has become a super breeze for people to get “ordained” and, for example, officiate at a wedding. I think we can bet it’s easy to write things off if you can rationalize it was in the line of duty too. I’m only guessing, though. However, I think it’s a safe bet. It might be largely because of the fallout from Scientology having secured tax-free status due to their litigious commitment (while they’ve made space not only for the tax benefit but for abuse of members as well… and, in my opinion, anyone’s abuse of the public by scamming in general). There are also the tv stars who present themselves as something to trust and look up to, so-called evangelists. I think John Oliver (and maybe Colbert in a different way) did some looking into this. It’s all pretty nauseating. Also, it’s probably a corrupting phenomenon to dangle this perk out to pretty much anyone. But that is in reference to what I think is upstanding. And now I find myself finally rhyming with something Marilyn said after all: For a lot of people, it’s money. They may talk about religion, but if you look at their lives, it’s all about money and/or power. This even is AS church or AS the thing a person is talking about when they go to (in their view) try and “inspire” someone — and this makes me cry — not only as the tell-tale life of someone who goes to church or is part of church leadership or the pastor himself being distracted or such.

So true; is fitting in and can be trappings enjoyment.

I don’t know what the percentages are or the ratio is,
but people who participate and trust that all or most
of those around them are trustable to get the gist of
what the place is about and really subscribe to that
are probably in for a rude awakening in most cases.

On the other hand, there is another definition for
religion I have lent some credence toward; faith
plus tradition. I don’t know how long I’ll be torn
between not taking a chance on disappointment
plus knowing up-front there are many misnomers
versus having a community or at least place young
people (and myself too) can participate in tradition.

I have my own questions about things I have always believed in and I think that some people see being atheist the same as almost satanic or something. It is so NOT and I think that is the problem. People think that if you don’t believe in a god then you don’t have good intentions or something. I never thought about it before but ironically this month has been my month of eye-opening self examination.

I suppose you mean it’s conceited to think believing in “God” is somehow better than not. At first, I thought you meant maybe conceited to think one kind of belief in “God” is better than another. Myeah… we all have our thoughts and beliefs and experiences about everything… including “God” or no. I don’t think that’s necessarily conceited. Sure can be. [By the way, I’m using the word “God” as shorthand.]

What can get me upset is to recall that when my dad was marrying my mom, his sister gave him a dressing down about his not belonging in a Catholic Church because of his non-catholic wife. She said something about reporting him (for breaking rules) if he participated in “the eucharist” such that he no longer did. However, he was a bad boy and occasionally took his daughter to be bathed in what he was raising with.

I enjoyed the ambience. Also, I had been “christened” (before my mom stopped taking induction classes). And I was told about that with no negativity. This was our way all my life. Then child (and beyond child) abuse was outed. Not only that, people in general lost the rigidity that had formerly been complied with. Thus, membership or attendance had begun to wane (after decades of my never being there).

Now they (at least some) try to convey that as long as you were “baptized” [this is even a compromise as word usage when they mean sprinkled Catholic] you are welcome to take the Eucharist. I’m conceited enough to continue doing what I always did with my father; sit through that. And, yet, I am a person of deep faith… not Catholic faith while I respect a lot can be learned there. Meanwhile, Mom joined.*

God doesn’r really come into it, I’m thinking more generally. It is conceited to think that what we think is superior to what anybody else thinks, at least it is when we take it to the extent of telling them they’re wrong and that our way is better.

Sharing how my son-in-law and myself learn Talmud together. As opposed to other family members who learn by an entirely different sh’itta\methodology of learning. Persons not fluent in Hebrew can copy/paste Hebrew words to Google Translate.

The location of our בנין אב\precedent found in other Gemaras, to this point, no בנין אב — ever located at the conclusion of the sugia/sub-chapter as this Case located within בבא בתרא. Am interested to see how you “connect the dots” to form your sh’itta straight line interpretation whereby you employ it to make the critical משנה תורה/{common law} reinterpretation of the language of the Mishna. Remember your failure to observe the language of the Mishna in מנחות parallel vessels of the Mishkan contrasted by perpendicular position of the Ark of the covenant vis-a-vis to the other vessels of the Mishkan? Interpreting, based upon a sh’itta (A logical methodology. Logic based upon Order) of a Gemara sugya(sug-chapter) בנין אב(precedent), means making a משנה תורה\{common law} interpretive learning of the Mishna common law legal system.

Statute law has no such learning discipline, which requires interpreting a halachic ruling learned in context by contrasting that halachic opinion to fit it within the language of a far greater Mishnaic authority. For this reason alone statute law halacha, as in, for example, the codification of the Shulchan Aruch — just flat out wrong. No exceptions to this rule. Rav Nemuraskii, my Rav, did not take, the above opinion, to this extreme. Statute law halacha – exceptionally easy to learn. Rav Nemuraskii instructed baali t’shuva students who had no Torah background whatsoever at all. But you and I, we both have learned the Sha’s Bavli, do not qualify as snotty nose assimilated kids, who never learned Talmud in their entire lives.

But Rav Nemuraskii did encourage me, when I first came to him as a University educated left wing Socialist, to study these statute law codes … with a stern warning! To learn these statute halachic codes within the context of its sugya of Gemara, and then use that knowledge of that Gemara sugya to relearn the language of the Mishna of that Gemarah. [[The Universal chief flaw of the Rambam statute halachic code, his failure to bring Gemara sources for all his halachic rulings. The Tur and Shulkan Aruch duplicated this Universal error. Statute halachic codes כאילו equate Gemara halacha as equal to and on par with Mishnaic sources. This logical error which attempts to “equivocate”(כאילו) the authority of the Gemara equal to that of the Mishna, alas a very common logical falacy.]]

This latter learning step, all the Reshonim commentaries ever written on the Talmud failed to learn the Gemara as a precedent to re-interpret the k’vanna of the language of its Mishna. But no commentary can replace the Primary source which the commentary explains. The Gemara has a commentary relationship to the Mishna. The scholarship of the Reshonim fundamentally erred in their failure to discern between Primary and Secondary sources of scholarship. The same error likewise ocurred in how the Reshonim (950CE to 1400CE) learned the T’NaCH, which tended to restrict scholarship to a טיפש פשט rather than learn the T’NaCH as mussar משנה תורה {Common mussar Law}.

The fundamental distinction which fundamentally separates Aggadita from Halacha in the Talmud: the former addresses mussar common law precedents whereas the latter compares Halachic precedents to similar {parallel} Halachic precedents.

Rav Nemuraskii opposed learning the Mishna based solely upon the טיפש פשט\Bird-brained, simple reading of the language of the Mishna. He drilled this contempt for טיפש פשט learning into my consciousness! The sh’itta Geh-Geh (a family member) learns, he became a Rav based upon the Shulchan Aruch. The way he perceives the Talmud, compares to the way that Xtians view the “Old Testament”!

Xtian replacement theology has subsumed the T’NaCH. Making the T’NaCH as a secondary source vis a vis their new testament forgery, a document on par with, in my estimation, to the Czarist secret police, late 19th Century forgery known as the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. My contention, that the Gospels exists as — a Roman forgery. The statute halachic codes: the Yad Chazaka, Tur, & Shulkan Aruch they have effectively replaced Talmudic common law scholarship, just as the noise new testament has replaced, in order of priority and importance, their Old Testament.

JeZeus did not know how to make the required הבדלה {distinction} that separates and distinguishes איסר מלאכה מן איסר עבודה {skilled labor from unskilled labor}. JeZeus never kept the זמן גרמא מצוה שבת. This type of Torah commandment stands upon the יסוד יראת שמים\{foundation of mastery of a Good Name}.

JeZeus did not know that the Torah defines אמונה\{faith} as צדק צדק תרדוף\{the pursuit of justice}. [[That common law judicial sanhedrin courtrooms which serve to fairly make restitution of damages inflicted by a Jew upon another Jew defines the Torah concept of justice.]] Muhammad too/likewise did not know how the Hebrew T’NaCH defines faith. Both this and that avoda zarah therefore focused upon faith as a personal belief system in this or that God. The Torah defines the prioritization of a personal belief in Gods, as the Av tuma avoda zarah which shatters the Torah revelation, learned when Moshe shattered the two tablets at Sinai. Herein defines the k’vaana/{intent} of the revelation of the 2nd Sinai commandment.

There is nothing inherently understandable about what you wrote here (nor following from what is prior within the same post leading up to it).

As for the era referenced in the paragraph, Rome was in charge. The Herods, et cetera — not great for justice, not a matter of Jews not “knowing” as opposed to not having the power.

2nd commandment, which Goyim never accepted: Do not worship other Gods. Xtianity’s replacement theology, just like it pretends that “your not under the law” Gospels determines the Torah commandment of Moshiach. LOL what a joke. Xtian replacement theology replace avoda zara with “SIN”. But “SIN” fails to grasp that Monotheism directly violates the 2nd Sinai commandment against avoda zarah – the worship of other Gods.

Torah faith the verse: Justice Justice pursue links to Moshe being rebuked by his father-in-law Yetro, that no ONE Man Court could fairly compensate damages Jews did to other Jews. Recall that Moshe stood before the Court of Par’o on the matter of straw and Par’o decreed more injustice for damages inflicted by the Egyptian overlords!

Hence the Torah defines faith NOT in some silly and utterly absurd personal belief in this or that God(s) but rather as expressed by the verse: Justice Justice pursue.

As General MacArthur dictated the details of the post War Government of Japan, so too Israel must dictate the Constitution/charter of the new Gaza government that shall rule Gaza and the dhimmi Arab populations removed from E. Jerusalem and Samaria to Gaza.

The UN must leave Gaza. Jerusalem shall establish the Arab government that rules Gaza just as did the United States imposed the Japanese Constitution following the unconditional surrender of Japan to General MacArthur. The model of the post war peace established between the US & Japan shall serve as the model whereby Israel shall establish the government of Gaza.

Just as the US forced a 14 million population transfer of German populations in the Czech Republic and Poland, Israel shall likewise impose a forced population transfer of Arab refugee populations currently residing in E. Jerusalem and all of Samaria to Gaza. Jerusalem commits to open business and trade with the new Israeli established Gaza Government and significantly invest in rebuilding the economy of defeated Gaza like as did the United States did with Japan.

The US Japanese & German post war model. The US dictated the Constitution of Japan. The US forcibly expelled some 14 million Germans living in the Czech Republic and Poland to forever end the claim that those countries occupy and stole German lands. This post WWII model hopefully it shall serve as the basis by which Israel imposes peace terms upon the defeated Arab/Palestinian people.

But quoting words from the Gemara, a far cry different from interpreting the k’vanna of the language of a Talmudic text, by making comparative precedents from other Primary sources. Refer to this former type of learning as טיפש פשט. A feudalistic addiction to Reshonim aristocratic lords! Worlds separate Jews in Israel who can learn לשמה from Jews in g’lut who cannot learn לשמה.

The Baali Tosafot מן המובחר fails to emphasize and prioritize דאורייתא זמן גרמא מצוות. The organization of 613 commandments – complete and total narishkeit. The Torah does not fit into egg-crate positive/negative box thinking. The Talmud does not define ritual halachic Judaism as the Reshonim learned. The Reshonim, not even in the same BallPark!

Talmud serves as the model for Jews to return and reconquer our oath brit homelands and rule these lands with Torah faith: צדק צדק תרדוף – common law courtrooms!  The new testament counterfeit – too does not know the difference between Jewish common law from Roman statute law, has no monopoly to determine the mitzva of Moshiach!

The false God Jesus goes hand in glove with the false prophet Muhammad who did not know that prophets command mussar. Neither tuma avoda zara serves as the defining model not for the mitzva of Moshiach nor for the concept of prophets!

Just as the European declaration, that limits “peace” in the Middle East, restricted to their declared 2 State Solution – as the only solution – has no monopoly which defines Israeli foreign policy! Post ‘Final Solution’ Europe forfeited any say in shaping Israeli strategic interests in the Middle East, just as “not under the law” Xtianity does not serve as the preeminent model for the mitzva of Moshiach!

Common law Torah Judaism stands on the foundation of: “BE HERE NOW”. The study of T’NaCH/Talmud/Midrash Jewish logic applies to the here and now. A far different interpretation of הלכה למעשה. Torah scholarship today prioritizes enlarging the Torah “franchise” to secular Jewry – NOT by converting these cursed-Jews, as the Xtian missionaries attempted for 2000 years to convert despised and hated Jews (in the name of Love) to Nazi Shoah gas chambers.

BE HERE NOW – Jewish Oral Torah logic – works to govern our nation of Israel; to shape and prioritize Domestic and Foreign strategic interests and policies הלכה למעשה based upon prior good working precedents which כאילו equally apply today! The precedent model of peace imposed upon Germany and Japan fundamentally rejects the British & French UN 242 model – 2 State Solution. Strategically Israel rejects European domination of the Middle East; as if this region compares to America’s Monroe Doctrine.

Stop and consider: According to the Apostle Paul, Goyim not under the law. The Torah commandment of Moshiach, a key part of Jewish law. What distinguishes between Roman statute laws from Jewish common laws? No Xtian priest or pastor has ever asked or considered. Yet Xtianity assumes that its Gospels narishkeit holds a lock and key monopoly over the Torah commandment law known as Moshiach! LOL What a total joke. Can’t have your cake and eat it too. Can’t not be under the Law and at the say time declare absolute expertise over a key Torah commandment. Just that simple.

The Talmud by stark contrast learns the Torah commandment of Moshiach to the Baali T’shuva. What Torah commandment defines a Baali T’shuva? The commandment to shoo the mother bird from off her eggs. How? Torah law delves primarily into tohor middot. Notice the noise new testament never once considers this key subject. For a Cohen to do service in the Mishkan the Cohen had to stand “tohor”. This word a completely alien term to Goyim. Why? Goyim not under the Law.

To shoo the mother bird away from her eggs a tohor middah. Another strange alien term to Goyim, for the exact same reason: Goyim not under the Law. Middah means “measure”. As in the judicial concept of justice: Measure for Measure. Judicial justice not important to Par’o of ancient Egypt and equally not important to any European courtrooms, who never held the Church accountable for its many war-crime guilts against Humanity.

The commandment of Moshiach qualifies as a tohor time oriented commandment. Another alien term to Goyim for the same identical reason: Goyim not under the Law. All tohor time oriented commandments stand upon the foundation of “fear of Heaven”. Meaning a person has to intend to dedicate holy to HaShem a tohor midda. In the case of shooing the mother bird from off her clutch of eggs, the midda dedicated holy to HaShem, the tohor midda of not inflicting unnecessary pain upon the mother bird.

What example of a rabbinic mitva/commandment perhaps best exemplifies this midda? Kosher slaughtering of animals. By the law learned in the Talmud kosher slaughter of animals learns from the slaughter of sacrificial animals dedicated unto the altar. What fundamentally separates the animal flesh burnt upon the altar in Jerusalem from butchering meats for consumer consumption? The first thing the Cohen throws upon the altar “the living blood” of the sacrificial offering. This means the Cohen had to cut the carotid artery which runs parallel to the thorax wind-pipe.

The common butcher does not require this ‘living blood’, which squirts out of the wound due to heart blood-pressure produced by that the beating heart, of the sacrificial animal. Hence the Talmud on laws for butchering meat does not directly mention cutting the carotid artery, b/c the butcher does not require this ‘living blood’. None the less, a sage in the Talmud, rabbi Yechuda, teaches that a person with “fear of Heaven”, ((the foundation of all tohor time oriented commandments)), should cut the carotid artery. Why? Because failure to cut this artery, the animal can live for some time after its throat gets cut.

Not causing unnecessary animal suffering, a tohor midda learned from shooing the mother bird away from her clutch of eggs, this tohor midda defines the reason why Rabbi Yechuda of the Gemara warns butchers to, despite not requiring, needing, nor wanting the living blood of the slaughtered animal, none the less, to cut the carotid artery of the animal so that it dies immediately, like 2 seconds after, its throat being cut.

The concept “tohor time oriented commandment” learns from Moshe going to Egypt. Recall that Moshe opposed going to Egypt! Moshe went to Egypt as a “baali t’shuva”. What defines a “baali t’shuva”? That a person arouses to address a current national crisis afflicting the Jewish people at that moment in time. The Torah anointed Pinchas “Moshiach of War” in the war fought against Moav and Midian with Bil’am the prophet.

The failure of the church abomination to learn the Torah commandment of Moshiach from Torah sources, proves that that false religion as an utter counterfeit of alien Roman origins. The Gospels, written after all in Greek not Hebrew or Aramaic, the common languages spoken by the Jewish people at that time! The Romans, based their pantheon of Gods upon the Greek Gods of mount Olympus; Romans commonly spoke the language of the Greeks, something like Czar Peter the Great spoke French. The God-father of JeZeus and Hercules, an identical mythical story.

Hence, the tohor time-oriented commandment of Moshiach stands on the foundation of “fear of Heaven”; and “fear of Heaven” most essentially requires the dedication holy to HaShem of some specific tohor midda. Like as found in the tohor time-oriented commandment of shooing the mother bird away from off her eggs. The Torah commandment of anointing a baali-t’shuva Moshiach, the tohor time-oriented commandment of anointing a person dedicated to save Israel during a time of national crisis. Hence Rabbi Akiva considered Bar Kochba as moshiach. Alas the Bar Kochba revolt collapsed. But this does not change the facts on the ground. Jews confronted the Romans in a national crisis and anointed a General to fight the Romans. Just as Moshe anointed Phinehas to fight the war against Moav and Midian/Bil’am. Phinehas anionted eish Moshiach milchamah, the messiah anointed for war.

It is said… that the star [and color] in the symbols graphic is not truly a symbol of Judaism, but that such a star is a Kabbalist conceptual symbol taken on — as stars are common for flags around the world — of the nation established in 1948 (and now serves to conflate the two such that Jews who never set foot in “Israel” or never promoted it or the like are too often held accountable for a foreign country and sometimes for not being there instead of here).

Heaven and Hell haven’t suddenly ceased to exist. Neither Heaven nor Hell ever existed except in the minds and mythologies of those who wanted a place to be after death. But since there is nothing after death, there’s no need for a place to be to exist.

… at his confirmation hearing, Barr was asked if he would investigate the handling of a decade-old Florida plea deal that let Epstein escape responsibility for his conduct. He said he thought his former law firm was involved in the case so he might have to recuse. Although Barr did ultimately recuse from an investigation into the Florida case, he did not from SDNY’s case.

This is concerning. In addition to the law-firm conflict, Alex Acosta, who served in Donald Trump’s Cabinet with Barr, was the U.S. Attorney in Miami when Epstein received his travesty of a plea deal. And Barr’s father was the headmaster of an elite New York City school that hired college dropout Epstein to teach math and physics. Do these circumstances amount to a conflict of interest requiring mandatory recusal? Barr, apparently after consulting with career ethics officials at DOJ, concluded they did not. But the appearance of impropriety…

Israelis who criticize the scholarship failures made by the Reshonim (950 -1400 CE).

The study by means of בנין אב/precedents, it opens a person’s eyes how the different mesechtot of Gemara interweave together; how the Mishna of one mesechta intermeshes with the language of other Mishnaot.

This makes the study of the Talmud as the Primary, and the study of the Reshonim rabbinic commentaries – secondary. Rabbinic Judaism errs because it reverses the Primary/secondary relationship, just as these rabbis fail to understand how the Gemara makes a משנה תורה\re-interpretation of the k’vanna of the language of its Mishna.
The boot licking brown-nose “Psycophant” behavior & scholarship practiced by Auchronim Talmudic “scholars” toward the Reshonim, whom the latter worships the opinions of the former, like gods placed upon a pedestal.

Their disgraceful טיפש פשט(bird brained) of ירידות הדורות qualifies as a National Jewish scandal. Perhaps the best example of this P’sycophat’ behavior: the RABaD’s statute law criticism of the Rambam’s statute halachic perversion.

His “criticism”, it compares to counterfeit money printed illegally, then laundered by other criminals; something like criminals bringing stolen goods to a pawn-shop. The impact of his “criticism” had a direct impact upon Rosh ben Asher, author of the Tur statute halachic perversion of the Talmud.

Another example of the distortion of learning the Torah & Talmud into box-thinking assimilated statute codifications, the impact that the Rambam’s Sefer-Ha’Mitzvot made upon the scholarship of the French Baali-Tosafot S’mag, and later upon the sefer ha-Chinuch.

These latter Reshonim altogether abandoned Rabbi Akiva’s chiddush (unique teachings) which defines Torah sh’baal peh (Oral Torah) as פרדס. The sefer baal ha’turim ha’shalem his grasp of רמז (hint) totally distorted. Wherein he limited this key concept of פרדס kabbalah to the numerical value of words. The ignorance of ben Asher, his failure to bind רמז together with פשט to interpret Aggadah, its משנה תורה on prophetic mussar from NaCH sources – an utter disgrace to the Jewish people.

These errors by key Reshonim “influencers”, the destruction to משנה תורה Oral Torah scholarship, far surpasses the error made by the false messiahs of Sabbatai Zevi, and Yaacov Frank. The errors made by the latter directly influenced the rise of Reform Judaism after Napoleon up-rooted the Catholic church war-crimes as established by the 3 Century Ghetto illegal imprisonment of Western European Jewry.

Errors in scholarship not limited to the Jews. It amazes me that Jews can readily see the termite-like corruption within the catholic church and Luthern protestantism. But fails to weigh and consider that this same termite-like rot within the wood “furniture” of Judaism!

A terrible matter for a Talmumic scholar of fame to make a gross error in scholarship. But far worse for down-stream scholars of reputation to equally fail to correct the errors made by earlier generations by scholars of great reputation. This latter error directly resembles the perversions of the false messiah movements in Yiddishkeit, secretly influenced by the new testament abomination counterfeit messiah belief system.
The Torah defines faith as: צדק צדק תרדוף (justice justice pursue).

Not chasing after some obtuse belief system of theology like the Xtian Trinity or strict Monotheism of the Muslim “church”. Justice: a lawyer never interrogates a witness by asking: “””What do you personally believe?”””

The scholarship of משנה תורה\common law/ as different from assimilated Roman statute law as the pursuit of justice to make fair restitution of damages inflicted upon others – from faith as defined as a personal belief in Gods. The Rambam’s 13 principles of faith, never once mentions the pursuit of justice!

This collapse of understanding the משנה תורה of Talmudic scholarship, wherein the Talmud serves as the model for a restored Israeli common law lateral Federal court system, when Jews return and & reconquer our Homelands, directly responsible for the Orthodox gross distortion – its condemnation of Zionism in the 1920’s and ’30s.

When scholars of reputation make fundamental errors in scholarship, this “action” compares to a stone hitting the tranquil waters of a pond. Impossible to stop the ensuing ripple effect. Hence another metaphor for ירידות הדורות – ripple effect. The latter describes: ‘domino effect’ precisely.

Herein concludes my introduction to the two בנין אב precedents of עירובין to our Gemara of .ברכות ט. The Reshonim scholarship failed to lead Israel out of g’lut. Post Shoah scholarship needs to ask the fundamental and most basic of questions: Why did the Reshonim fail to lead Israel out of g’lut.

If we cowardly refuse to hold our shepherd-scholars to account, even as we conquer Canaan, the threat of g’lut returning, it hangs over our heads like an ax to a Turkey on Thanksgiving.

The Chinese government has committed a series of ongoing human rights abuses against Uyghurs and other ethnic and religious minorities in Xinjiang that is often characterized as genocide. Beginning in 2014, the Chinese government, under the administration of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) General Secretary Xi Jinping, incarcerated more than an estimated one million Turkic Muslims without any legal process in internment camps.

Operations from 2016 to 2021 were led by Xinjiang CCP Secretary Chen Quanguo. It is the largest-scale detention of ethnic and religious minorities since World War II. The Chinese government began to wind down the camps in 2019. Amnesty International states that detainees have been increasingly transferred to the formal penal system.

Modern church = Orthodox Judaism today. LOL In the blessing after eating bread, notice the blessing for Hannukka. The wicked Greek kingdom attempted to force Israel to abandon the Oral Torah. (The language “Oral” implied. Why? B/c the Written Torah was written).

What defines the “Oral Torah”? According to Rabbi Akiva, the kabbalah of Oral Torah refers to פרדס, an abbreviation for p’shat, r’miz, drosh, sod. Orthodox Judaism throws פרדס out like a fisherman places a worm on a hook. But in point of fact Orthodox Jews, following the disastrous victory of the Rambam statute halachic code which perverted T’NaCH & Talmudic common law; these religious Jews do not know how to learn Oral Torah. Oral Torah became a lost wisdom. Which learns the Talmud as a fabric which contains a warp/weft, Halacha\Aggadah relationship. דרוש ופשט align with the Aggadah portions of Talmud and Midrash. While רמז וסוד align with the halachic portions of the Talmud. G’lut Jewry lost the wisdom, how to learn the Torah לשמה.

This requires proof. Oral Torah – a logic format by which the generations can interpret the k’vanna of the Written Torah. Two major branches of logic. Deductive logic and Inductive logic. Assimilated Roman statute law most essentially relies upon deductive logic. A rabbinic figure teaches a din to his students, and those students “interpret” the k’vanna of their rabbi’s halachic ruling. Rabbi Akiva had 5 major talmidim who survived. They passed the masoret of the Mishna to Rabbi Yechuda Ha’Nasi, primarily by means of their deductive reasoning in how they understood the words of Rabbi Akiva.

The halachic codes most famous today, the Rambam, Ben Asher, and Yosef Karo. These assimilated codes rely most essentially upon the logic format of the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle. They do not possess a grasp of the hidden kabbalah of Rabbi Akiva’s פרדס logic system. The story of Hannukka depicts not only a conflict between the Jews and the Syrian Greek empire. But equally a Civil War between the P’rushim (the forefathers of rabbinic Judaism) against the Tzeddukim (the assimilated house of Aaron Cohonim, who ruled the Banana Republic of Judea for benefit of their masters: the Persians, the Greeks, and the Romans).

When the Persian empire permitted the generation of Ezra to return and rebuild Judea and the Temple in Jerusalem, the Persia kings did so b/c the Assyrian policy which removed the indigenous population of the 10 Tribes from their homelands, this policy opened the gates of that empire to foreign Invasions. The Babylonian empire conquered the Assyrian empire quickly due to this critical strategic blunder.

Hence Cyrus, the king of Persia, permitted Jews to return. And paid for the construction of the Temple, to cement shut this gateway of foreign invasion into the Persian empire. Jews rebuilt Judea and would fight to prevent a foreign army to conquer it again.

Aristotle rode with Alexander the Great, when that Greek general conquered the Persian empire of Iran. Approximately 1000 years later, with the invasion of Spain by Muslim armies, the Muslims rediscovered the writings of the ancient Greeks which Constatine concealed & cloistered, and only permitted Catholic monks to study, thus causing the Dark Ages.

The ‘Golden Age’ of Spanish Jewry, an utter misnomer. Ibn Ezra’s son converted to Islam. Jews living in Spain almost totally assimilated to the cultures and customs of the conquering Muslim empires. Specifically, where the Maccabees defeated the assimilated Tzeddukim (they wanted to turn Jerusalem into a Greek polis/City State) Rambam and the assimilated Spanish rabbis totally embraced the rediscovered ancient Greek philosophy! Would Jewish refugees make t’shuva and expel the assimilated Tzeddukim from the Temple for a second time? No. G’lut Jews lost the wisdom of pursuing mitzvot observance לשמה.

The Rambam named his assimilated Roman Statute law code the “Mishnah Torah” due to his total ignorance that the term Mishna Torah refers: not only to the 5th Book of the Torah (this he clearly knew), but that Mishna Torah means: common law (this he clearly did not know). Rabbi Yechuda Ha’Nassi wrote the 6 Orders of the “Mishna” because he understood that the Book of דברים makes a Mishna Torah common law Case/Rule reinterpretation upon the other 4 Books of the Written Torah, with the k’vanna to grasp the prophetic mussar applicable to all generations of Israel.

NaCH serves as mussar precedents (called בנין אב in the logic of Rabbi Yishmael’s 13 rules of logic); the Aggadah portions of the Talmud (about 1/4th of the Sha’s Bavli), together with the Geonim Midrashim, specifically Midrash Rabbah, serves as a commentary to the Aggadah (Which organizes its drosh around the order of the Mishnaot rather than the order of the T’NaCH like as does classic Midrash commentaries.); the Aggadah makes a drosh back to T’NaCH Primary mussar sources with an eye to learn the k’vanna of prophetic mussar. Prophets command mussar – the T’NaCH definition of prophesy.

Following the Rambam Civil War, {{{[[[[(( Rambam published his assimilated Roman statute law halachic code in about 1185 ce. He died in 1205. The Spanish court of Rabbeinu Yonah place the ban of charem upon the Rambam {like as similarily a later court condemned Spinoza} in about 1215; and burned his corruption with the evilly named Mishnah Torah.

Despite foreign travel being highly confined during the Dark Ages due to a lack of functioning roads and bandits, the fires of the Rambam Civil War in Spain spread first to France. In 1242 the Pope and the king of France ordered the total destruction of all Talmudic hand written manuscripts in France. {The printing press not developed until about 2 Centuries later.} The public destruction of all Talmudic manuscripts in France, its impact upon European g’lut Jewry compares to the impact of the Romans expelling the Jews from Judea and renaming the land Palestine!

In 1290 the flames of this Jewish Civil War spread to England which culminated in the expulsion of Jews from England. Then this international Jewish Civil War returned back to France. The king expelled the Jews of France in 1305; this disaster destroyed the common law learning on the Torah and Talmud. (Rashi p’shat employs inductive learning by means of comparative precedents. This Rashi Chumash p’shat totally different than the Rashi’s Talmudic commentary of “p’shat”. The criticism made by the Baali Tosafot commentaries on the Talmud, it learns the common law inductive reasoning methodology of the Talmud, by means of a common law inductive precedent search/based commentary to the Talmud. Rashi p’shat on the Talmud most essentially lacked this essential understanding of Talmud as Common law.

Rashi’s Talmudic simple deductive reasoning p’shat commentary on the Talmud, written to conceal from the Pre-1st Crusades church, the inductive reasoning of common law. Hence Rashi p’shat on the Chumash, there Rashi showed his understanding of inductive reasoning precedent based p’shat. His Chumash commentary most essentially entails the inductive comparison method of a judicial case juxtaposed to similar judicial case/law ruling ie common law.

The expulsion of the Jews from France in 1305 destroyed the Rashi-Tosafot common law school of Chumash and Talmudic inductive logic reasoning common law scholarship. Disasters followed one after another. The Talmud refers to this type of crash as ירידות הדורות: which means domino effect/ripple effect.

The kingdoms of Germany imposed crushing taxation without representation upon the Jewish stateless refugee populations living within the German kingdoms. As did the king of England the Germans likewise pauperized the Jewish refugees almost over-night with their criminal taxation without representation theft of virtually all Jewish wealth. When the Germans could not squeeze more gold out of “their” Jews, they expelled these Jewish refugees from their kingdom. Jews fled from one German kingdom to another only to be abused in the exact same way – over again and again.

Then in about 1415 the Pope imposed the ghetto war crimes upon the Jews of Western Europe. Jews would remain imprisoned in these ghetto war crimes for over 3 Centuries, till Napoleon kicked the Pope in his balls, and freed the Jewish refugees from the ghetto and granted French citizenship to French Jewry! This revolution likewise witnessed the economic transformation from Lord/serf agricultural based economies to citizen/democracy industrial based economies. The last Lord/serf feudal based agricultural based economies: Czarist Russia and the Confederate South. Both of these agricultural wealth based economies witness military defeat. Czarist Russia tasted the bitterness of the Crimean War of 1856. While the Southern Confederacy tasted the bitterness of the battles of Gettysburg and Shermans burning of Atlanta.

The Vatican imposition of the ghetto war crimes upon Western European Jewish refugee populations cause a huge population transfer, wherein millions of Jews fled from Western Europe unto Eastern Europe, specifically the Ukraine and Poland.

Disaster followed disaster. While the rediscovery of the ancient Greek philosophical writing significantly contributed with terminating the Dark Ages and ushered in the Rennaissance. The ensuing Catholic corruption erupted in the Reformation and the terrible 30 Years War. Europe’s population during the 30 Years War, about 1\3rd the size of Europe’s population during WWI. Yet about as many people killed in the 30 Years Protestant/Catholic Wars as died during the War to End All Wars! Soldiers on both sides slaughtered Jewish ghetto imprisoned refugees, like lions often play with their prey.

1648 with the Peace of Westphalia finally terminated that horrible barbaric war. This war forced European governments to demand laws of war, following the horrific abominations and war crimes committed by both sides.

But for Jewish refugee populations disaster followed disaster! The same year of the Peace of Westphalia, witnessed another more horrific explosion! The Khmelnytsky Uprising – which lasted about 9 years and resulted in the slaughter of approximately 1.5 million Jews. This disaster followed up by the Sabbatai Zevi & Yaacov Frank false messiah absolute disasters.

After Napoleon kicked the Pope in his balls and freed Western European Jewish refugee populations from the criminal ghetto war crimes against Humanity, Jews freed from the ghetto prisons came out of the Dark Ages unto a modern world! Reform Judaism declared Karo’s Shulkan Aruch assimilated statute law based upon deductive reasoning, and not inductive precedent based reasoning, as archaic and not relevant to the Modern age.

Disaster followed by disaster defines the Jewish g’lut refugees experience in Europe and Muslim/Arab lands. Reform Judaism caused “Orthodox Judaism” to cling to the Neturie Karta abomination: Berlin our New Jerusalem – what-ever country Jews live, that’s our homeland Av tumah avoda zarah. Orthodox rabbis in the early 20th Century condemned political Zionism’s attempts to find a great power patron who would support the Jewish return back to our homeland. The Orthodox assimilated statute law addicted rabbis despised the Balfour Declaration of 1917!

These Orthodox rabbis tended to duplicate the error made by Pope Pius XII; they held that Orthodox Judaism has a monopoly over the Torah, that the opinions expressed by the Reshonim – infallible! They decreed that ירידות הדורות means that later generations of Jewry cannot criticize earlier generations of Reshonim scholarship. Despite the fact that the Reshonim failed to lead Jewish refugee populations back to our homelands. Orthodox Neturei Karta Judaism despises the phenomenal success achieved by late 19th Century Political, Cultural & Labor Zionism!

Just as the Wilderness generation rebelled to rise up and conquer the oath brit homelands of Canaan, so too Orthodox Judaism behaved like dogs who return and eat their own vomit. Those arrogant rabbis who imagine that Orthodox Judaism has a monopoly-hold on the inheritance of the Torah; who embrace the deductive reasoning “monopoly” perversion of T’NaCH and Talmudic inductive logic common law; who favor their copy-cat “Xtian replacement theology” assimilated deductive Aristotelean logic statute halacha model monopoly. Just as the Wilderness Generation has no portion in the World to Come, so too Orthodox Judaism/Shoah has no portion in the World to Come.)))}}}]]], Jewish g’lut refugee populations experience destruction after destruction after destruction after destruction.

The Israeli Art of War: The intellectual effort to explode the “Ethical Containment Force” of a corrupt abusive civilization.

The Arab Spring directly threatened the culture/customs of Arab and Muslim, and even impacted Xtian moral consciousness of western civilizations.

The Apostle Paul, a Jewish agent provocateur sent to Rome to shatter the “ethical containment force” of polytheistic Rome, prior to the out-break of the Jewish revolt which sought to expel the Romans from Judea. Paul sought to promote a revolutionary Monotheism within Roman society which worshipped Ceasar as the ‘Son of God’.

For example: the shattering of the “Ethical Containment Force” of revolutionary France, Bolshevik Russia, the Nazi revolution which cast the Weimar Republic upon the dung heaps of history, and the Iranian revolution which did the same to the Shah of Iran. All these examples serve to define the theoretical concept framed as: “shattering the ethical containment force” that maintains an Order of a society prior to the outbreak of internal revolutions which over-throw the Old Order. And attempt to replace it with the revolutions’ idea of the “New World Order”.

In all these Cases of internal revolution of a society, the “Ethical Containment Force” imploded upon itself. Both the establishment “moral authority” & the corrupt Central Government destroyed. Like the Bolsheviks executed the family of the Czar.

The post-revolutionary fall of a targeted government likewise chaos and anarchy erupt almost immediately thereafter. Less than a decade after the Nazis seized power a general war ensued. The threat of this revolution caused a violent counter-reaction among other countries; much like a glass full of water that breaks consequent to falling upon the floor.

Leon Troskii called this social anarchy: “The continuous revolution”. Once political revolution collapses the reign of an oppressive government, this revolution spreads to other neighbouring corrupt governments, as expressed through genocidal international wars. The Iran Iraq war witnessed the deaths of millions of Sunni vs Shiite Muslims after the fall of the Shah of Iran.

No Universal God lives. Monotheism לא לשמה flagrantly rapes the 2nd Sinai commandment. The 10 plagues judged the Gods of Egypt just as the Armies of Israel judged the Gods of Canaan. The UN whore of the pre-WWII defunct League of Nations, tits on a boar hog. Prophets command mussar…they do NOT predict the future.

Israeli National Independence in 1948 NOT a Genesis creation story. Belief in dead gods, just a different form of gospels revisionist history that perverted Mankind till the Shoah. G’lut Jews abandoned the wisdom to obey משנה תורה\common law לשמה.

The תרי”ג commandments כלל, inclusive of all the halachic mitzvot in the whole of Talmud and Midrashim; the B’hag & Rashi פרט, ruled the lights of shabbat and visiting the sick – mitzvot דאורייתא. Purim: the Torah commandment not to assimilate and intermarry with Goyim. Removal of חמץ to up-root avoda zarah from the hearts of Israel.

The תרי”ג commandments NOT mitzvot organized into a positive/negative egg-crate carton. To observe shabbat requires the הבדלה which separates מלאכה from עבודה. To daven tefillat kre’a shma requires the k’vanna to duplicate the oaths sworn by the Avot. Hence the p’suk holds 3 Divine Names and requires both tefillin & tallit tzitzit.

Tohor time-oriented commandments NOT restricted to watching the clock. But arouse the fear of heaven כלל to dedicate a tohor middah to confront a national crisis. פרט Moshiach does NOT build a catholic cathedral but restores the cities of refuge, small Sanhedrin Federal courtrooms of the Torah Constitutional Republic. Purim defines the mitzva of the eternal war against Amelek. The curse of antisemitism expressed throughout the generations consequent to Jewish worship of avoda zarah in violation of the 2nd Sinai commandment.

To comprehend the k’vanna which the Siddur requires most significantly involves linking the Talmud to re-interpreting the k’vanna of the language of the Siddur like as and similar to how the Gemara re-interprets the language of the Mishna.

Purim linked to Pesach. Why? The removal of חמץ teaches a משל\נמשל mussar instruction. The נמשל to remove avoda zarah from within our hearts. Purim linked to Pesach. The megillah commands the mussar not to A) assimilate and walk within the customs, cultures, and mannerisms of the Goyim and B) not to intermarry with Goyim who reject the revelation of the Torah at Sinai.

The 2nd Sinai commandment: Do not worship other Gods. The megillah of Esther serves as a most authoritative “Gemara explanation of its Mishna”, how the Holy Writings of the NaCH serve as a commentary to the Books of the NaCH prophets.

Herein understands the common law\משנה תורה connection which connects the scholarship of the NaCH on the Torah and the later scholarship of the Gemara on the common law Case/Din Mishna.

The Gemara of mesechta ברכות, rabbi Yochannon ruled: a blessing requires שם ומלכות. Interesting the שם revealed in the 1st Sinai commandment turned into a Golden Calf translations which perverts the Divine Spirit Name that the lips of Man can neither frame nor pronounce to words like YHWH Yaweh Jehovah Allah and all similar “Golden Calves” on par with the Trinity avoda zarah.

Interesting too that church revisionist history fails to grasp the metaphor מלכות\kingship refers to tohor middot. That church revisionist history fails to grasp that tohor do not correctly translate as “pure” or “clean”. These word mistranslations fail to convey that tohor revers to distinct Divine Spirits – based upon the Name revelation within the 1st Sinai commandment which the Xtian revisionist history bible translations pervert into the “Golden Calf” of Lord and later JeZeus as God.

Returning to the “blessing” of the Cohonim. A tohor time-oriented commandment which requires k’vanna. This unique type of Torah commandment stands upon the foundation/יסוד of “fear of heaven/baal shem tov. A man through foolishness, greed, evil eye, can destroy his good name reputation which has taken a lifetime to build and establish in a second. Much like a balloon quickly pops when released about a field of cactus.

ברכת כהנים lacks שם ומלכות. The prayers of Tehillem/Psalms too likewise lack שם ומלכות. This begs the famous question which the Talmud continuously asks: מאי נפקא מינא/What’s the difference? Specifically in this particular case, between a blessing ie Shemone Esrei and kre’a shama, and tefillah – all of which equally lack שם ומלכות, from a praise – as in the prayers of Tehillem/Psalms?

Keeping the mitzva of Shabbat absolutely requires making a הבדלה which differentiates between איסור מלאכה from איסור עבודה. A person who keeps shabbat, like as if he kept all the Torah commandments. Why? Because observance of all Torah commandments likewise requires making this most essential מאי נפקא מינא\הבדלה which discern a “flat” 2 dimensional commandment unto a living “depth” 3 dimensional commandment.

Try to explain how the Book of Vayikra – not a barbeque to heaven? Next, address how the Shemone Esrei replaces korbanot when a korban requires a וידוי and the Shemone Esrei does not include the language of a וידוי. The 3rd Middle Blessing סלח לנו not the language of a וידוי because a person permitted to add a rabbinic וידוי in the last of the middle blessings שמע קולינו.

Lastly, please address the מאי נפקא מינא between a וידוי דרבנן which does not exist in the עצם language of the Shemone Esrei from a וידוי דאורייתא, which explains why the B’hag ruled, at the shock of the Rambam – despite the Rambam ruling that tefillah qualifies as a mitzva from the Torah (5th positive commandment in that egg-crate codification of commandments).

The power of the kabbala taught by Rabbi Akiva to raise rabbinic mitzvot unto mitzvot from the Torah.
Orthodox Judaism FAQ • Answers to frequently asked questions on Judaism
To keep shabbat requires knowledge how to distinguish shabbat from the week day. This discerning in the language of Hebrew “הבדלה”. The Torah commands not to work. Translations hides a multitude of sins. The word “work” expressed as מלאכה: skilled labor and עבודה: unskilled labor. The bible translations “broad brush” of “work” conceals this subtle distinction. The Talmud studies how different languages say the same thing. Examine the Targum Onkelos and witness a masterpiece by which a scholar makes a Hebrew/Aramaic 1:1 translation.

The study of this Targum assists all generations of “down stream” pupils to learn the Aramaic employed by the Talmud Bavli. Aramaic employs the clause: “מאי נפקא מינא”, which asks the question: “What’s the differerence”. The study of the Torah commandments, all 613 Torah commandments, most essentially requires making this מאי נפקא מינא which transforms positive & negative commandments – which do not require k’vanna; to tohor time oriented commandments, which do require k’vanna.

Why do Jews not believe in JeZeus even after all he did; and he said if you don’t believe in me you’ll go to Hell for eternity. Did Jesus lie? Is Gehinnom eternal? Do Jews not believe what he says? Why for 2000+ years have the Jewish people abhorred and decried belief in JeZeus as a false messiah avoda zarah?

New Testament theology = revisionist history. However T’nach does not teach history, despite historical/conservative Judaism narishkeit. The T’NaCH defines prophesy as a tohor persons who commands mussar.

Witchcraft, by stark contrast, a tumah false prophet predicts the future. Hence the New Testament (Roman counterfeit) declares that JeZeus fulfilled the words of the prophets. Proof that the New Testament promotes false prophet theologies. False prophet theologies defined as a predetermined creed/dogma which dictates what and how people should believe in God as an act of faith.

The Torah defines the tohor concept of faith as: Justice, Justice pursue. Based upon the cruel corrupt and oppressive Courts of king Par’o who withheld straw to Israelite slaves and who ordered the overseers to beat without mercy Israelites for their failure to meet the quota of bricks imposed upon these Israelite slaves. Based upon the conditions where Par’o supplied the Hebrews with the straw they required to make bricks their quota of bricks.

Yitro commanded a strong mussar to Moshe when he saw Moshe all alone judge the disputes between the people. Justice defined as the power of common law courtrooms to make fair restitution of damages inflicted upon Jews by other Jews.

Muhammad pulled the exact same rabbit out of his tumah magic-hat. The Koran rhetoric repeats prophet, prophet, prophet Ad infinitum, yet never defines – from the Torah – the term prophet. The Gospels did the exact same tumah Abracadabra, with the ((to quote Baba Kama: “Mountain hanging by a hair”)), the Pie in the Sky term of: Love.

T’NaCH prophets command mussar. Why? Because mussar applies straight across the board to all generations of bnai brit Israel. A bnai brit Israel grows the תוכחה\mussar rebuke within our hearts.

We grow and nurture this mussar within us. And these “tohor spirits” (based upon the revelation of the שם השם לשמה) they live within our hearts. They cause bnai brit Israel to dedicate defined tohor middot (‘ה’ ה’ אל רחום וחנון וכו, also known as the Oral Torah revelation at Horev) in all our future social interactions with our family, neighbours & people.

Hence the spirituality known as: the baali t’shuva. Mesechta Sanhedrin of the Talmud learns the mitzva of Moshiach tied to the mitzva of baali t’shuva. Based upon Moshe and the burning bush confrontation. Wherein Moshe vocally opposed to go down unto Egypt to bring Israel out from judicial oppression slavery. Yet Moshe, as a baali t’shuva descended unto Egypt and brought Israel unto freedom. Moshe serves as the Torah model for the mitzva of Moshiach. Moshe did not build a Catholic assimilated Cathedral as did king Shlomo. King Shlomo worshipped avoda zarah.

Moshe struggled to build the small sanhedrin Federal courts on the far side of the Jordan river. When king David, based upon the mussar commanded by the prophet Natan, commanded his son Shlomo to build the Beit HaMikdash, he had no such k’vanna for king Shlomo to assimilate and copy the customs manners and ways of the Goyim, who reject the revelation of the Torah at Sinai, and who build Cathedral Temples throughout the annuls of Human History. The k’vanna of the Moshiach to build the Beis HaMikdash learns from Moshe Rabbeinu who established the small Sanhedrin Federal Courtrooms in 3 of the Cities of Refuge on the other side of the Jordan river.

The mitzva of Moshiach constitutes as a tohor time oriented commandment; applicable to all generations of the Jewish people, just like tefillah stands in the stead of korbanot. All tohor time oriented commandments, applicable to all the Jewish people. All tohor time oriented commandments stand upon the foundation\יסוד of “fear of Heaven”.

This foundation of pursuit of judicial justice requires that a baali t’shuva dedicates a tohor middah. Which tohor middah does the mitzva of Moshiach require as its holy defining dedication to שם השם לשמה? The middah dedication to restore the lateral Sanhedrin Federal common law courts across the Torah Constitutional Republic.

No ‘religious fetishization’ of how the Sages of the Talmud interpreted judicial common law? If so then the question thrown back at you: the difference between Statute Law from Common Law? Among the Jewish people, the T’NaCH Talmud, a strong cultural masoret, practiced among and between Jews.

Roman Statute Law = assimilated avoda zarah. Kapos: too, an example of avodah zarah. Why? Because they “convert” to cultures and customs practiced by the dominant Goyim majority. Therefore how does the logic format in Jewish common-law differ from the logic schematics which defines and separates Roman statute-law, from Jewish common-law?

Many Traditional Jews chose to follow the path of defined as: ritual religiousism. Such ritual religiousism Jews view: Jews who follow the path of Talmudic common law – which requires פרדס logic – a very tiny minority know anything about – that this ‘tiny voice’ a Bat Kol from Heaven? No. Torah comes from within our hearts.

Muhammad declared that an Angel dictated the Koran. Angels by this bi-polar perverse theology come from the bi-polor Heaven/Hell paradigm.

The sages of the Talmud emphatically rejected this theological premise of Aristotelian logic. Torah comes from the Earth and not the Heavens. פרדס logic distinct and apart from ancient Greek logic philosophical formats. Track-n’-field a completely different Sports skills acquired. Long distance runners require completely different skill sets from the one to the other Track-n’-field sports combats.

Torah learns from the Earth and NOT the Heavens. Torah commands Mussar NOT History. A distinction of Depth that many blind thereto. The theology of Historical/Conservative Judaism confuses History with Mussar. The Talmud often teaches: How to logically think RATHER than what to logically think. Mussar requires the wisdom knowledge how to logically think. Church theological dogmatism-creeds: command what a person believes as true.

T’NaCH/Talmud common law (also known as משנה תורה) usually, or at least frequently, learns by comparing similar cases – the one to the other. This type of logic, completely different from the Ancient Greek mathematical syllogism deductive logic (If the premise wrong, then the conclusion reached – likewise wrong.) completely and totally different from Rabbi Akiva’s פרדס logic format system.

The Torah k’vanna mitzva of lighting the lights of Hannukka, to learn Torah using the פרדס logic system and totally rejects the ancient Greek philosophical schools which perhaps achieved the ultimate elevation of thought … totally different from the revelation of the Oral Torah with the 13 tohor middot. The concept within the Talmud of רוח הקודש, means blowing the שם השם לשמה, like the case of blowing the Shofar. 3 + 13 + 3 tekea tr’uah, shvarim ———-———- קום ועושה/ שב ולא תעשה\ טהור זימן גרמא מצוות.

Mesechta קידושין teaches that tohor time oriented commandments as applicable to women qualifies as a רשות option. If women choose to place tefillen or read from a Sefer Torah these tahar time-oriented commandments come within the רשות of their Will. The NaCH kabbalah בנין אב precedents for this Talmudic ruling, the story of D’vora & Barack fighting together to defeat the Army of Sisera.

Another example which explains “all” tahar time-oriented Torah commandments, which “all” deal with some crisis – life or death – situations: the reading of the Megillah of Esther. The fast by Queen Hadassah. Where she chose to approach the king and plead for mercy for the Jewish people; to thwart the efforts of Haman and his attempt of genocide. Purim and Pesach share a “כרת-like” common denominator. Purim links to avoda zarah: which prohibits assimilation and intermarriage with Goyim. While Pesach links the removal of chametz which teaches the essential נמשל, the removal of avoda zarah from within our hearts, in order to accept the Torah without the av tumah avoda zarah – in our midst.

Counting the Omer, yet another prime example of the exact same tahar time-oriented commandment. The 42 letter Divine Name, known as אנא בכח, carries the k’vanna dedication to remove the Av tumah avoda zarah from within the bnai brit hearts who dedicate the tefillah oath known as Shemone Esrei.

The oath sworn alliance, known as “brit”, (like as found in בראשית\ברית אש, ראש בית, ב’ ראשית), this key Torah term means “alliance” and also “Republic”. The 12 Tribes forged this oath brit alliance which established the First Commonwealth of the Torah Constitutional Republic of the 12 Tribes. Based upon the Torah precedent, (known in Hebrew as בנין אב) upon Moshe anointing Aaron and his House as Moshiach.

Aaron dedicates korbanot. A korban sacrifice does not at all represent a ‘Barbeque unto Heaven’. To dedicate a korban absolutely requires swearing a Torah oath. Just as to cut a brit לשם השם לשמה requires swearing a Torah oath. Just as the Shemone Esrei standing tefillah requires the k’vanna to swear a Torah oath through the dedication of one or more defined tohor middot. Blessings contain שם ומלכות. The precondition required to swear a Torah oath.

The mitzva of Moshiach, a mitzva applicable to all generations of Israel. Just as tefillah and the mitzva of shabbat, and all other tahar time-oriented commandments, applicable to all generations of Israel. Swearing a false oath or public profanation of Shabbat, carry the din of – כרת. The din of כרת – a life or death crisis of faith. If a רשע refuses to give his ex-wife her ‘get’. A beit din can make a נידוי decree of כרת, and there after issue a ‘get’ and free that woman; permitting her to do the tahar time-oriented commandment of קידושין.

The revisionist history of Xtian avoda zarah lacks the wisdom to discern between T’NaCH/Talmudic common law from Roman statute law. This Av tumah avoda zarah has witnessed: oppression and cruelty, that far surpasses the evil ways of Par’o and the Egyptians. This false prophet, false messiah – based religion – proves the Gospel declaration of: “By their fruits you shall know them.”

The church stands guilty of the Shoah blood of Caine: the Inquisition, 3 Century ghetto war crimes, annual blood libel slanders, mass expulsion of Jewish refugee populations from virtually every European country etc etc etc. This Av tumah avoda zarah condemned by נידוי כרת decree, as expressed through the k’vanna of the 9th middle blessing, within the Shemone Esrei oath blessing. Swearing the Torah oath through the mitzva דרבנן of Shemone Esrei raises this tefilla to a tahar time-oriented oath commandments דאורייתא.

Tahar time-oriented mitzvot can include all the halachot contained within the defined mitzvot within the Talmud. The Oral Torah פרדס has the power to elevate rabbinic mitzvot to mitzvot from the Torah at the revelation at Sinai. Hence all tahar time-oriented commandments require the Oral Torah k’vanna learned through the פרדס logic kabbalah taught by rabbi Akiva.

Learning to do mitzvot דאורייתא ודרבנן לשמה – Hearin defines Kabbalah.

The key Kabbalah term of reference “Shekinah/Divine Presence” refers specifically to Jewish observance of “time oriented tohor commandments”. מעשה בראשית//the continual act of Creation … doing טהור זימן גרמא מצוות לשמה. Everything else, simply trivial commentary; swearing a Torah oath has the power to continually Create the Universe from Nothing, in all times and generations, which the Jewish people walk before our God, throughout the Ages. Some refer to this concept – as the mitzva of Moshiach.

Hence the first word of the Torah בראשית, contains within its 6 letters (The Mishna has 6 Orders), ברית אש. The first Parsha of בראשית, followed by Parshat נח. False oaths created the Floods from nothing! Hence the opening blessing prior to doing tohor time oriented commandments like: just one example: kre’a shma, twice emphasizes: תמיד מעשה בראשית. Torah oaths breath the Spirit of the Shekinah Divine Name – this defines the extreme dangers to the אש/Fire of the ברית – sworn alliance. Moshe referred to this Brit responsibility as: Blessing or Curse – therefore (this term implies swearing an oath) choose Life rather than Death.

The UN stands upon absolutely no foundation of merit. The morality of both Xtian new testament and Muslim koran – fundamentally cracked and worthless. Why the feminine form for Divine Presence? Because the כלל: זימן גרמא מצוות learns from the בנין אב specific “precedent” of תפילת ערבית … a רשות מצוה – as – the מצוה של קידושין or קריא שמע or תפילין or שבת וכו, all these Torah examples exist as tohor time-oriented commandments, which breath the Spirit Name, which the Kabbalah refers to as the Shakinah.

These, רשות mitzvot, meaning: tohor time oriented commandments – include not only all the 613 Written Torah commandments, but inclusive likewise, all the Talmudic halachot. Both Written Torah commandments and Talmudic Halachot, they all have the רשות potential – of tohor time-oriented commandments. This most holy of holies of Torah commandments, absolutely require, the רשות, of doing this most holy of Holy Torah commandments – breathing the Spirit of k’vanna לשמה. Doing mitzvot with k’vanna לשמה, this unique most holy of Holies separates these t’rumah tohor time oriented commandments Torah commandments, specifically designated during a huge crisis, like Moshe going down to Egypt to bring up Israel from Egyptian slavery, as רשות מצוות. For women to do tohor time oriented commandments – a רשות and not a חיוב. Hence the key Kabbalah term: Shekinah.

Post Shoah, guilty Xtians have no shame. Their Revisionist History, just a pile of shit stacked upon more stinky shit. Their repulsive new testament Revisionist History shares no portion with the T’NaCH prophetic mussar. Never once do these religious abominations of avoda zarah – new testament or koran – ever bring the revelation of the Name – revealed within the 1st Sinai commandment; the Greatest Commandment — in the whole of the Torah revelation at Sinai –which the Goyim never accepted and therefore they worship other Gods — the 2nd Sinai commandment — which the Goyim never accepted. Notions of some Universal God/Monotheism Creed theology belief system – this Av tumah avoda zarah – it defines the Av tumah practiced by the belief system driven theologies of both Xtian and Muslim barbarians.

Tumah, expressed through the Muslim koran which absolutely forbids a Muslim to eat pork flesh but permits camel! Despite the Order of camel which precedes pig, in the forbidden foods listed within the Torah.

The רוח הקודש\Holy Spirit/ which live eternally from within the language of Mussar prophetic משנה תורה\common law/ of the Hebrew T’NaCH. This tohor Spirit breathes and lives within the hearts of the Jewish people alone, in all generations. The Av tumah avoda zarah Nicene Creed theology, established in 325 CE, equal to tits on a boar hog when the piglets squeal from hunger for their mamma’s milk.

The 1st Commandment Name – this Av tohor living Spirt – NOT – a word translation. Any more than does the word “Blue” define the quality or essence of any shade of colour category! Translating the Divine Spirit Name, revealed in the 1st Sinai Commandment, from this Divine Name Living Breathing Spirit, to a Word, which the lips of Man can easily frame or pronounce …. herein defines the substance – as opposed and contrasted by – the forms of faith, commonly known as the Sin of the Golden Calf. THE Torah definition for avoda zarah – the 2nd Sinai commandment.

Goyim never accepted the revelation of the Torah at Sinai. They share no portion with the T’NaCH spirituality which determines לשמה the culture, customs, manners, ways, practices — in short the halacha and minchagim practiced by the Jewish people throughout all generations. Hence: תמיד מעשה בראשית. Herein defines the k’vanna of the revelation of Torah and Talmud Written and Oral Torah as one unique revelation of Torah faith.

What is the difference between the Torah, Talmud, and Mishnah?

Marc Lipshitz Been involved in counter missionary work for 20+ years

First you need to understand what the Mishnah is. When Moshe received the Torah on Har Sinai he spent forty days and nights studying it and getting taught the performance and explanations of it. Thus when he came down he had two things- the written Torah and the explanations and details of its performance. The written Torah is what is also known as the “Chamishe Sifrei Torah”, commonly translated as “The Five Books of Moses”.

The explanations and details of performance were only passed on orally and are commonly referred to as the Oral Torah. Before the Bar Kochba revolt which resulted in the massive exile of the Jews 80 or so years after the destruction of the Second Temple Rabbi Akivah organized the oral law into a more organized and easier to teach format.

After the Bar Kochba revolt with the bulk of the Jews in exile in different places (the difference to the prior Babylonian exile was that there the bulk of the Jews were in one place, albeit outside of Israel) there was a fear that the oral Torah would be forgotten or altered, so Rebbi Yehudah HaNasi, the head of the Sanhedrin at the time, compiled the Oral Torah into the form we have today and we refer to this written compilation of the Oral Torah as the Mishnah.

However, there was discussion on its application, philosophy, ethics, what to do in different situations, the trying to grasp the essence of the law so it could be utilized in different, unenvisaged situations, the mysticism and the practical. These discussions were recorded in the Gemorah. This is how we get to the Talmud- it consists of two main parts- the Mishnah and then the associated Gemorah to that Mishnah.

In modern editions there are also multiple commentaries, footnotes, cross references to passages in the Torah, prophets and scriptures when they are mentioned etc. Typically it is published in 20 volumes- the ArtScroll translation is 73 volumes! It is not something that you just read but something that requires intense study and a teacher so you know how to study and understand the methodology utilized in the Talmud.

Moshe Kerr: No. Totally incorrect. Rabbi Yechuda named his Mishna based upon the בנין אב/precedent that Moshe Rabbeinu named דברים the Mishna Torah — which means common law. The Mishna codified by Rabbi Yechuda in 210 ce follows the משנה תורה common law model established by the Book of דברים. Common law legal system stand upon precedents. The Hebrew for precedent: בנין אב.

The Gemara, compiled by a later set of scholars AFTER Rabbi Yechuda “sealed” the Mishna, based upon the precedents of the sealing of the T’NaCH, caused Rav Ashi and Rav Ravina to seal the Gemara in about 450 ce. The purpose of sealing this Oral Torah methodology of common law, to prevent a perversion of the seal masoret/traditions from counterfeit imposters like the New Testament replacement theology to pervert the seal masoret/traditions unto tumah avoda zarah.

A second primary purpose of sealing the masoret/traditions: that all down stream generations of Israel inherit the identical masoret, thereby preventing an equal Av tumah avoda zarah commonly known as ירידות הדורות – understood that later generations cannot dispute the rulings made by earlier generations. This Av-tumah avoda zarah collapses when confronted with Oral Torah logic which validates that no one generation enjoys a monopoly of Torah logic over later generations.

The correct understanding of ירידות הדורות refers to the idea of “domino effect”.

Talmud, which means learning (Yeshivot fail to learn Talmud, when they study Gemara.), the Gemara brings halachic precedents from across the Sha’s Bavli as precedents. The purpose of the precedents, the Common Law Baali Tosafot commentary/criticism of Rashi p’shat on the Talmud, fundamentally erred and failed to learn a halachic precedent to re-interpret משנה תורה the k’vanna of the language of the Home Mishna which the Gemara brings outside precedent halachic sources to re-interpret the k’vanna of the language of Rabbi Yechuda’s specific Mishna.

This failure of Reshonim scholarship went across the board, some Reshonim better than others. The B’hag, Rif, Rosh common law halachic commentaries, like the Baali Tosafot – correctly learned and understood the Gemara commentary to a specific Mishna as Common law. Not so the super-commentaries written on these excellent Reshonim scholarship of Talmudic common law. The later scholars confused and perverted Talmudic common law unto Roman statute law. Students in Yeshivot across the world, never receive any instruction which differentiates between T’NaCH/Talmudic common law from Roman statute law. A most basic and fundamental error. Which has plagued g’lut Jewry down through the Ages.

In like manner, and equally as bad: the Reshonim scholars abysmally failed to discern (One and All, they failed to make the מאי נפקא מינא הבדלה with discerns “like from like” the basis which observance of all Torah and halachic mitzvot most fundamentally require. A most basic and fundamental error. Which has plagued Jewry down through the Ages. The Av/toldot relationship between tohor time-oriented from positive & negative toldot commandments.

Even Rashi’s common law commentary to the Chumash (as opposed by his טיפש פשט reading of the Talmud. Rashi changed his sh’itta of p’shat as learned from to Chumash and contrasted by his sh’itta of p’shat made upon the Talmud! Reshonim scholarship disgracefully failed to note this fundamental contradiction in Rashi scholarship. Proof that the Reshonim learning had derailed itself and gone off-track. Why? Because the Reshonim and later rabbinic lackeys failed to understand how the concept of ירידות הדורות refuted the Xtian avoda zarah known as “Free Will”.

A colossal error made by a great Jewish leader: be it King Shlomo who built an assimilated Catholic Cathedral or the Rambam who perverted Talmudic common law unto Roman statute law. Once a great sage/leader worships avoda zarah, (Shlomo perverted the priority of establishment of Federal Great/Small Sanhedrin courtrooms as the k’vanna of building the Beit HaMikdash), the Av tumah of this perversion which validates the 2nd Sinai Commandment, all down-stream generations likewise pursue this Av-tumah avoda zarah abomination, from generation to generation to generation! Hence the concept of ירידות הדורות invalidates the Xtian dogmatism of “Free Will”.

The Torah mitzva of Moshiach does not learn from a NaCH source. Torah mitzvot learn from Torah sources. Why? Because Moshe Rabbeinu, the greatest of all prophets. The failure of Reshonim scholarship to correctly grasp how the Chumash learns, proof of the cursed existence of g’lut Jewry who lacked the wisdom to do mitzvot לשמה.

The Torah operates upon a most basic: Av/Toldot relationship. The Book of בראשית, together with the tohor time-oriented commandments codification known as the Siddur, commands Av tohor time-oriented commandments. “Time” not tied to a watch, but rather to crisis situations which threaten the chosen Cohen people with Shoah; like Akadat Yitzak, or the mitzva to remove the sciatic nerve! The latter explained by targum Uziel. Esau approach “toast” Yaacov with an Army lead by 400 officers. NaCH precedents D’vorah and HaDassah whose רשות מצוה defines the k’vanna of תפילת ערבית according to rabbi Yehoshua. Av tohor time-oriented commandments learn from women that doing mitzvot with k’vanna — a רשות rather than a חיוב.

In the defence of the Reshonim: in the Gemara of ערבין the Baali Tosafot did not know how Rav Ashi could change the dispute between Rabbi Akiva and Rabbi Yose haGelili. According to the כלל, the halacha should follow the opinion of r. Akiva. The Baali Tosafot clearly did not have access to the Targum Uziel. Otherwise, they would have understood that Rav Ashi’s recognition that Uziel agreed with the opinion expressed by rabbi Yose haGelili and therefore changed the halacha expressed in that halachic dispute as recorded in the Gemara of ערובין.

Therefore, the First Book of the Torah serves as the אב טהור זימן גרמא מצוות. The second, third, and forth Books of the Torah serves as the תולדות מצוות; hence the B’hag ruled in his Hilchot G’dolot: that 100 blessings, nar shabbat, nar hannuka, kre’at m’gillah, etc qualify as mitzvot from the Torah!

The Rambam, whose Yad Chazaka perversion worshipped avoda zarah: understood as a) assimilation b) intermarriage with Goyim, as opposed to the Xtian abomination which erroneously translates avoda zarah as idolatry; the 30 year-war slaughtered as many as did WWI when western Europe’s population about 1/3rd of 20th Century Eupean populations, over a debate over the catholic cruxifics and worship of saints.

The Rambam abomination of avoda zarah assimilation to ancient Greek logic, that fool did not understand the kabbalah of how Rabbi Akiva’s פרדס interprets the k’vanna of the revelation of the Oral Torah at Horev. A most basic and fundamental error. Which has plagued Jewry down through the Ages.

The last and 5th Book of the Written Torah משנה תורה commands the generations to learn the Torah through the wisdom of common law ie Rabbi Yechuda and the Gemara sages as codified in the Talmud.

The gravity of ירידות הדורות avoda zara, this question fails to address the Midrashic scholarship which defines the contribution made by the Geonim. As a loom has a warp/weft relationship, the Talmud has halacha/aggadita relationship. Midrash functions as the Geonim scholarship which delved into the Aggadic portion of the Talmud. Yeshivot across the world do not know how to learn, not only Midrash as the primary source-commentary which links the דרוש-פשט with T’NaCH prophetic mussar; like as learns Rashi’s Chumash p’shat. As contrasted by the halachic Oral Torah logic of רמז-סוד. A most basic and fundamental error. Which has plagued Jewry down through the Ages.
