He’s almost four and she’s almost two-and-a-half. They’re both too young to be cynical about the world in which we live. Too young to be jaded by a broken, polarized political system. They are learning new things every day and they are so innocent and so happy. Their laughter is infectious.

Spending time with my grandchilren is a delight.
