John Steiner, the blogger behind Journeys With Johnbo, has this prompt he calls Cellpic Sunday in which he asks us to post a photo that was taken with a cellphone, tablet, or another mobile device. I thought this might be fun so I decided to join in.

The photo above was taken at about 2:45 in the morning on my last night at the rehab hospital. I woke up and had to pee, and since I was not yet permitted to get of bed without a nurse to assist me, I peed in one of the provided urinal bottles hanging from the bed rail. Then, perhaps in anticipation of going home the next day, I had trouble falling back to sleep. So I grabbed my iPhone and took this picture from my bed.
I thought it looked rather eerie, almost like a morgue in the dead of night, rather than a hospital room. Anyway, I am back home now, and can now get up by myself, and, leveraging my walker, make it to the bathroom without having to resort to peeing in a plastic urinal bottle. That’s progress, right?
If you wish to participate in this fun cellphone photo prompt, please click on the link to John’s post at the top of my post to see his photo and to read his instructions.
Progress indeed. Well done

So Happy You are Home and getting around with the walker. That is an eerie photo, feels like someone or something is going to step out from behind those curtains.

Hospitals are weird. There are people who specialize in designing them, yet they’re usually awkward, labyrinths with cold environments. I feel like it would be unpleasant to work there all day every day for decades.
