Cellpic Sunday — 1/1/23

Happy New Year, everyone. John Steiner, the blogger behind Journeys With Johnbo, has this prompt he calls Cellpic Sunday in which he asks us to post a photo that was taken with a cellphone, tablet, or another mobile device. I thought this might be fun so I decided to join in.

I was once again browsing through my iPhone’s photo library for any pictures I happened to have taken on a past New Years Day that didn’t reveal the faces of my family or me. I came across this photo from way back in January of 2012. It was a beautiful, mostly sunny day and my wife and I took a drive up the coast north of San Francisco. We stopped at the Point Reyes lighthouse, climbed the steps to the top, and took this photo from inside of the lighthouse dome.

    On our trip up the west coast of California, we missed this lighthouse, though we did stop at a few others along the way. Maybe next trip for us. 🙂
