Merry Christmas 2022

I timed this post to be published at 6 am Pacific Time on Christmas Day.

I simply want to wish all of my fellow bloggers, whether Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, pagan, atheist, agnostic, sectarian, nonsectarian, liberal, conservative, Democrat, or yes, even Republican, a very merry (or happy) Christmas (or whatever holiday you celebrate at this time of year.)

I sincerely hope that each and every one of you has a wonderful day shared with family and close friends.

I wished Alexa a Merry Christmas this morning and she responded by saying, “I am having trouble with that.”

Ditto and double ditto! We need a better year! It’s been a long, weary three year haul and it’s time for something a little less oppressive. Happy whatever you celebrate!

Yes, I keep hoping that as one year ends the next year has to be better. It didn’t work in 2019 about 2020, or in 2020 about 2021, or in 2021 about 2022. Maybe this year the streak will be broken and 2023 will actually be better for everyone than 2022 was.
