For this week’s Stream of Consciousness Saturday prompt, Linda G. Hill has assigned us to find a word that contains “dict” and use it in our post. Alrighty then, let’s have a go at it.

This was entirely predictable
We should have known

But now the verdict is in
The man “we” elected as president
Is the dictionary definition
Of a dictator
He is addicted to power
He has issued an edict
Disbanding Congress
Declaring the Constitution
To be null and void
Because he’s so vindictive
Anyone who contradicts him
Will be immediately arrested
And indicted for treason

This was entirely predictable
We should have known

    Somehow, the plain and obvious indicators we could see before he was elected are still not seen by many people who became turned off to him by his part in the insurrection attempt or, now, because of his tweet (which he removed) about our Constitution — that the founding document should be abandoned and Biden should be removed and Trump reinstated because Biden’s (currently-living) son had a dick-pic (of himself) on his laptop.

      It’s a kabal of jackasses, not only the ex-president, but he emboldened them as they also emboldened him. Some of them are newer to the “game” or “fight” and some have been around and actively, on behalf of a wished-for participation within aristocracy, undermining government by the people for a long time [such as roger stone, off the top of my head, who I didn’t know of way back when I was too young while the busy actors in that regard would have]. Meanwhile, I’ve been kicking myself, today as I have before, for not predicting (or recognizing what could have been plain as day when I think about it in hindsight) that “trickle down” would not be a good thing. I repent (as I have been for almost two decades, now, or more than two decades depending upon how I view it)! {Of course I myself didn’t think I was participating with jackasses, I was too naive and took the word of liars handed on through well-meaning mouthpieces. Yet… I take into account after wising up, a mother in the Bible praying for her son to be a jackass… I ponder the idea of spiritual offspring as Jesus referenced who are children of whom along with my seeing our direction going cold-hearted with the passage of half a century. How can I keep repenting after so long and having not repeated (and not having, thank g-d, passed those stances on to my actual sons)? But I certainly still mourn.}

      I have a few videos I was thinking of sharing in the comments under a different blog topic, but I might share them after this video… now that I’m posting it under the present topic.
