Di, at Pensitivity101, is our host for Share Your World each week. Here are her questions for this week.
1. Do you have a favorite outfit you like to wear?
No. I pretty much dress the same way every day: jeans and (in the cooler months) a sweatshirt.
2. What is the worst thing you were forced to wear as a child (school uniforms aside) ?
I honestly don’t remember being forced to wear anything in particular when I was a kid.
3. Do you have a sweet tooth, and if so, are you a chewer, cruncher, or sucker?
I’m not sure I would say that I have a sweet tooth per se, but depending upon what sweet treat I was eating, I could be chewing, crunching, and/or sucking. Let’s take a Tootsie Pop, for example.

I would suck on the hard candy on outside of the Tootsie Pop for a few minutes before I’d get tired of waiting to get to the chocolate-flavored chewy Tootsie Roll candy hidden on the inside of the lollipop, so I would crunch the remainder of the hard candy outer shell with my teeth until I reached the Tootsie Roll candy inside, which I would chew.
4. Do you think you could eat your weight in chocolate?
Maybe over an entire lifetime I will have consumed my weight in chocolate, but not at one sitting, which is what I assume the question implies.
You never mentioned the ice cream you’re fond of!

You can’t suck ice cream in a pint container. Well, maybe you can if you let it melt and then put a straw in it. 😉

But you can lick it.

True. Is licking the same as sucking? 🤔

Quite similar 😛

A tootsie roll is a perfect example of all three. But it only takes me 3 licks to get to the center. LOL

Those must be big licks! 😂

Do you remember the boy and the owl tootsie pop commercials?

I didn’t, but now that you mention it…

Good answers Fandango. The Tootsie Pop is a great example. My chocolate question was a bit of a curve ball as I didn’t mention any time frame.

The worst thing I was forced to wear was in first or second grade, when I attended a school where the girls had to wear modest skirts of a certain length every day. I’m not answering against the instructions of the question, though. What happened is that there was a special day in the spring when everybody got to wear shirts for a playground day (my memory is that this only happened one of those two years). My mother made me wear a dressy (albeit shorts), yellow new outfit. I liked the outfit, but not for that day. I wasn’t supposed to get it dirty. Of course, this was all about her impressing people with how nice I looked. There was no way, however, that these people could be impressed with her. They were a fundamentalist bunch, and she wore very short skirts/dresses all the time (and she knew they didn’t like that). This provides a little vignette on her approach to parenting, so called.

Great answers, and chocolate I could probably eat more than most.

I can only take so much chocolate at a time.

Glad to see someone mentioned only three licks to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop!😂
