It’s September 11, 2022. Welcome to Fandango’s One-Word Challenge (aka, FOWC). I will be posting each day’s word just after midnight Pacific Time (U.S.).
Today’s word is “symptomatic.”
Write a post using that word. It can be prose, poetry, fiction, non-fiction. It can be any length. It can be just a picture or a drawing if you want. No holds barred, so to speak.
Once you are done, tag your post with #FOWC and create a pingback to this post if you are on WordPress. Please check to confirm that your pingback is there. If not, please manually add your link in the comments.
And be sure to read the posts of other bloggers who respond to this prompt. Show them some love.

I’m old enough to remember it.

I don’t remember that exact song, but Nat King Cole was my favorite (aside from some musicals) when I was a kid. What a beautiful thing to share.

He went silent.
Something was wrong but he could not share his feelings or thoughts.
He looks sick but not symptomatic.
A once vibrant person is down with an ailment, should he let her in to it or should he handle it alone.

Conservatives join liberals in ‘quiet and polite’ Idaho protest to protect their library from book-banners
Bonners Ferry, Idaho (CNN) A couple of dozen men, women and children are silently reading books in the shade of apple trees one sunny morning in beautiful little Bonners Ferry, Idaho. But this is a protest.
