FOWC with Fandango — Flush

FOWC

It’s August 3, 2022. Welcome to Fandango’s One-Word Challenge (aka, FOWC). I will be posting each day’s word just after midnight Pacific Time (U.S.).

Today’s word is “flush.”

Write a post using that word. It can be prose, poetry, fiction, non-fiction. It can be any length. It can be just a picture or a drawing if you want. No holds barred, so to speak.

Once you are done, tag your post with #FOWC and create a pingback to this post if you are on WordPress. Please check to confirm that your pingback is there. If not, please manually add your link in the comments.

And be sure to read the posts of other bloggers who respond to this prompt. Show them some love.

    ODE TO FLUSH

    He waited for her flush
    (Which came with sudden rush)
    Then being a nice man
    He straddled her, waited again

You will give me these words Fan……

Writing a comment has given me a rosy glow, a rush of emotions a flow of words that could be a deluge and hopefully don’t end up down the drain. The deck of cards have been dealt and I am holding the one suite that will be laid on the level and even playing surface, which could make me well supplied with money Fandango :).

    a flush toilet
    is a luxury
    beats the outdoor dunny
    in the bush
    and to think
    we all remember
    the names of celebrities
    but no one remembers
    the name of the inventor
    thanks anyway dear man
    we owe you a lot
