Stars streak across the sky at night
My head spins erratically
Vertigo overwhelms me
My heart feels empty
My life feels iffy
I am not equipped to deal
Layers of clouds during the day
Cast shadows upon my grief
Cannot stop the flow of my tears

Lovely poem Fandango. I’ve some experience of vertigo now and can understand your feelings. Thanks for joining in

That’s a very creative use of prompts, Fandango. It’s a good poem, too.
