I have a weekly prompt called “Fandango’s Provocative Question.” I pose questions for bloggers to consider.
The dictionary definition of provocative is to cause annoyance or anger, or to arouse sexual desire or interest.
But that is not the purpose of my prompt. It’s to get the creative juices flowing and to motivate bloggers to express their opinions on thought provoking questions.
(Exactly 62 words)
This arguably self-serving post was written for Sammi Cox’s Weekend Writing Prompt, where the word is “provocative,”
Why not do a twofer? It makes sense to me.

Well, at least you have the humility to recognize that it IS self-serving. Think of ALL the people in our world who don’t seem to recognize it — or refuse to recognize it.
