
Sometimes all you need
To relieve your stress
Is to take a deep breath
Breathe in through your nose
Take in as much air as you can
Fill your lungs completely
Hold it for ten seconds
Then exhale from your mouth
Empty your lungs completely
Repeat for a few breaths
Release all your tensions
And your stress disappears
