FOWC with Fandango — Pulse

FOWC

It’s April 3, 2022. Welcome to Fandango’s One-Word Challenge (aka, FOWC). I will be posting each day’s word just after midnight Pacific Time (U.S.).

Today’s word is “pulse.”

Write a post using that word. It can be prose, poetry, fiction, non-fiction. It can be any length. It can be just a picture or a drawing if you want. No holds barred, so to speak.

Once you are done, tag your post with #FOWC and create a pingback to this post if you are on WordPress. Please check to confirm that your pingback is there. If not, please manually add your link in the comments.

And be sure to read the posts of other bloggers who respond to this prompt. Show them some love.

Since my old, regular doctor retired a few months ago and was going through a few things such as back surgery before that, I have gone to more interaction with an online doctor. I’ve been happy to find that my resting heart rate is the same as when I was in high school science class for learning and applying the scientific method — Individual Science Instruction — 60. When I would go for a checkup, over the last few decades, I didn’t pay much attention to the statistics they wrote in the record. Basically good was all I cared to know. There was one exception; I did notice that they were saying I am taller than I had thought.
