Welcome to October 16, 2021 and to Fandango’s One-Word Challenge (aka, FOWC). I will be posting each day’s word just after midnight Pacific Time (U.S.).
Today’s word is “resolve.”
Write a post using that word. It can be prose, poetry, fiction, non-fiction. It can be any length. It can be just a picture or a drawing if you want. No holds barred, so to speak.
Once you are done, tag your post with #FOWC and create a pingback to this post if you are on WordPress. Please check to confirm that your pingback is there. If not, please manually add your link in the comments.
And be sure to read the posts of other bloggers who respond to this prompt. You will marvel at their creativity.
Our table had it’s legs kicked in (buggers)
Caused a lotta pain
Despite this setback did resolve
To get back up again…
Good onya table……
Must be an Aussie table Fandango….guts and determination

Oh, come on. It doesn’t have a leg to stand on!

That’s why you should empathise with it’s plight. Actually it’s getting to quite like lying legless on the ground. Bit like the joy we experience lying in bed…..

Actually, Mrs Bump frequently says I have about the same empathy as a table leg!

Okay, my pingback should work now. Phew. Scared me there for a fewminutes. I was sure my poem had been erased. Try it again, please.
