Weekend Writing Prompt — My Turn

In what galaxy do you see you and Felicity ever being a happy couple?

Do you honestly think you can just snap your fingers and make it so?

You two are not a pair. You never have been no matter how you wish you were.

She is a rare beauty, a wonder to behold.

You had your chance with her. You were able to partake of her charms.

But let’s get factual for a moment. You’re a born loser. You’re not at her level.

So now it’s my turn with her.

(Exactly 92 words)

Written for Sammi Cox’s Weekend Writing Prompt, where the word is “galaxy.”

And for these daily prompts: Your Daily Word Prompt (felicity), Fandango’s One-Word Challenge (snap), Ragtag Daily Prompt (not a pair), Word of the Day Challenge (partake), MMA Storytime (factual), and The Daily Spur (factual). Photo credit: ivanovgood at Pixabay.
