Truthful Tuesday — Patient Patience

Frank, aka PCGuy, has published another one of his Truthful Tuesday posts, and this week Frank wants to know…

Doctor and dental offices are notorious for not getting to you at your scheduled appointment time. In such situations, how patient are you when it comes to waiting?

Maybe I’m lucky, but my doctor and dentist are both pretty good at seeing me usually within five to ten minutes of my scheduled appointment time. That said, however, as long as I have my iPhone with me — which I always do — and there is a decent cellular signal or WiFi connection, I can be a very patient patient.

When I went to the ER last few weeks there are no appointments as such so you have to expect a wait. One man had come in after me but started pacing and jumping, scary so they took him at my turn. Ok by me.

Totally not a patient patient here…although I will not say anything – just give the poor receptionist a death stare.

Even though I don’t work at the moment, I still get the earliest dentist appointment. I have anxiety, I can’t wait around for a long time. I am actually quiet patient everywhere else, including the Doctors, lol…I hate having to wait at a job interview too!

I usually don’t have to wait too long… but if it gets near 45 min to an hour late I will ask them what is up.
