“I’m not feeling well today,” Jim said to his wife.
“What’s wrong, hon?” Liz asked.
“My stomach feels a little queasy and my head hurts.”
“So maybe you should call in sick today.”
“You think so?”
“I think it’s your call.”

We Brits always feel so guilty about calling in sick, when we really shouldn’t.

If you are truly sick, it’s better to call in sick than to go to work and cause your co-workers to get sick, too.

I’ve always been a keep calm and carry on kinda guy, and the nearest thing I’ve ever had to a sick day was when I broke a leg and spent an afternoon in A&E! I hope I never infected anybody!
My 41!
