Welcome to January 15, 2021 and to Fandango’s One-Word Challenge (aka, FOWC). It’s designed to fill the void after WordPress bailed on its daily one-word prompt.
I will be posting each day’s word just after midnight Pacific Time (US).
Today’s word is “trouble.”
Write a post using that word. It can be prose, poetry, fiction, non-fiction. It can be any length. It can be just a picture or a drawing if you want. No holds barred, so to speak.
Once you are done, tag your post with #FOWC and create a pingback to this post if you are on WordPress. Please check to confirm that your pingback is there. If not, please manually add your link in the comments.
And be sure to read the posts of other bloggers who respond to this prompt. You will marvel at their creativity.

I haven’t been able to find video of the interview this person is describing: https://m.facebook.com/AriMelber/posts/3578403588880348
I saw the interview on a day that Ari had subbed for Nicolle Wallace, but during his own hour right after hers. Comey had said that trying to prosecute Trump at a federal level would give him too much attention. Ari asked a question about Jim applying the same thought process (not thinking about precisely the law but the public affect instead) that had previously gotten him into trouble.

I saw that interview too. Comey has a point, but I still think Trump needs to be — deserves to be — prosecuted.

I think this — on BBC — was the day/evening before the interview with Ari Melber. I didn’t see it live (just ran across it while searching); there is a significant moment (or fifteen seconds) at 7:45 in (the same topic as at the chopped beginning).
