5 Things — Pies, Tarts, and Flans

5 Things

Dr. Tanya, over at Salted Caramel, has this prompt called “5 Things,” where she asks us to list five things about a particular topic. For this week’s topic, she’s asking about our five favorite pies, tarts, or flans.

Key Lime Pie

Crème Brûlée

Apple Crumb Pie (sometimes called Dutch Apple Pie)

Peach Cobbler

Yummy! I like key lime pie and lemon merengue pie, as well as flan and crème brûlée, but my top choice is Black Forest cake (the traditional kind with sour cherries and Kirsch)

Tiramisu! 😍 Also, crème brûlée because of the taste and all of the accent marks!

Tiramisu, dutch apple pie, french silk (chocolate) pie, cherry delight (it is my grandma’s recipe and like a cherry cheesecake), and apple crisp. (with an honorable mention to pecan pie if I need a good sugar rush)
