“I’ll have banana nut.”

“I’d like a Dutch Baby, if you have them.”

“Make mine plain buttermilk.”

“Thank you for your orders,” the waitress said. “Your pancakes should be coming right up.”

I like the blueberries and banana nut but plain is of no interest. Dutch Boy sounds interesting but I have no idea what that is. Thanks for linking your lines.

A Dutch baby pancake, sometimes called a German pancake or a Dutch puff, is a large American popover. Compared to a typical pancake, a Dutch baby is always baked in the oven, rather than being fried on both sides on the stove top, it is generally thicker than most pancakes. If you ever go to a place that serves it, you should give it a try.

Sounds good. I will be sure to check the menu next time I go out for breakfast.
