I am unabashedly stealing the Who Won the Week feature that Joy Reid, host of “AM Joy” weekend mornings on MSNBC. On her Sunday morning show, Joy asks each of her three panel members to tell her who they think “won the week.” Since her show is politically oriented, most (but not all) of the people who are named are involved in politics.
But for purposes of my Who Won the Week prompt, your selection of who you think won the week can be anyone — politicians, celebrities, athletes, authors, bloggers, your friends or family members, or anyone. It can also be organizations.
I will be posting this prompt on Sunday mornings (after this first one, anyway). If you want to participate, write your own post designating who you think won the week and why you think they deserve your nod. Then link back to this post and tag you post with FWWTW.
I’m not going to post my thoughts on who I think won the week because I don’t want to influence anyone else’s choices. I may post my choice later in the week.
So tell us. Who do you think won the week?
Very interesting!!! 🙂

I like this idea. Am I only allowed to pick one though?

You can pick as many as you want if you think they are deserving of the honor of having won the week.

I am torn between the guys that came at short notice and climbed down the well and cleared the bottom of it to sort out the problems in my flat since I have come home from Australia.
…and the random guy who did not speak any English yet managed to have the common sense to know how to help a ninety year old lady who had difficulties because of a major stroke she had some years ago. I am trying to work out which story to share…and I am still working on my #FPQ and not sure it is making any sense at all!!!

I had a house guest this weekend, a dear friend from Southern California so I think I won. But in all seriousness, I will maybe give this a go when I have a little more time. Great idea Fandango!
