Welcome to January 9, 2019 and to Fandango’s One-Word Challenge (aka, FOWC). It’s designed to fill the void after WordPress bailed on its daily one-word prompt.
I will be posting each day’s word just after midnight Pacific Time (US).
Today’s word is “ambition.”
Write a post using that word. It can be prose, poetry, fiction, non-fiction. It can be any length. It can be just a picture or a drawing if you want. No holds barred, so to speak.
Once you are done, tag your post with #FOWC and create a pingback to this post if you are on WordPress. Or you can simply include a link to your post in the comments.
And be sure to read the posts of other bloggers who respond to this prompt. You will marvel at their creativity.
Jason’s mom was astounded, but she should have expected it after raising three other boys. She had to hand it to him though, it takes a lot of ambition and drive to be able to have Crunchyroll inform you that you have watched their entire catalog of videos.

Today, finally, after all this time, my browser allowed me to “like” your post! And please know that I have tried every day, with no success. I’m really happy I kept trying because I so value your kindness in providing us all a prompt and a place to play.

I’m glad you had success, but knowing that you write a post that includes my prompt is even better than a “like.” But sure, I’ll gladly take a like! Thanks.

Hey, Sandmanjazz, we seem to have posted at roughly the same time. So, I will answer your question (your response to the prompt) here. I might like to be employed as a site moderator or social media manager… the thought came to me within this week.

Like the poem, I have no idea how to write a poem, but it sounded good to me.
Heres my effort, I suspect work and progression or not, may well be a theme
