Weekend Writing Prompt — The Legend

D418BC10-533D-48B4-BCCC-DF74FAB03004He draws the biggest crowds. He surrounds himself with the best people. He knows the best words. Only he can fix what ails us.

He could shoot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue and still not lose a single supporter. He is loved by everyone, especially despots, dictators, and autocrats around the world. And he loves them back. He is the smarted, the richest, the greatest president that ever lived.

He’s a stable genius. He’s very intelligent. He has the best brain. Women love him. Blacks love him. Nazis love him. He knows more than the generals. He has the best gut. He’s always honest and fully transparent. No collusion; no obstruction.

He’s a legend in his own mind.

(Exactly 120 words)

I kind of figured that one out for myself. People often assume because I’m conservative that I’m a Trump supporter, but actually, I believe no matter who you are, if you do the crime, you do the time. That applies to Republicans and Democrats alike. so if one of the liberal “heroes” gets indicted as well as any conservative, I’m okay with that, too.

You then, James, are a cut above. There’s something probably in fact mentally screwy about the type of people who make a base for Trump (but not only Trump). They will say they are pro law and order citizens but also will be anti-government (and make excuses for Trump), for instance. Doesn’t add up. They’re for balanced budgets but don’t care that Republicans (who they vote for) always work to mess up the budget as well as to increase the debt.

There’s a well-respected person I mentioned, at this site, who I met with the day before Thanksgiving that I also talked to on Friday who is a Trump fan (and is considered a genius). One example of him being screwy is he’s pro gun, but apparently against the Second Amendment. He mentioned a constitutional convention last time we talked. This time he was talking about how awesome Trump is — AND that we shouldn’t have a president (future hope).

He talked about how we were originally supposed to be run as states. I said, “But then we agreed to the Constitution.” He said he had never signed anything. Holy crap. I never signed anything to agree to the establishment of my state, either. Soooo…. [I told him last time that people who tell themselves we can have anarchy/full “freedom” aren’t realistic. When there is anarchy — besides the fact anarchy itself isn’t good — someone will always take over.]

Clarification: He didn’t say he’s against the second amendment. Everything he said would indicate he’s for the second amendment; the “right” words.

Dirty little secret: He wants to be among those who take over.

He actually said there is a group of people (you know, big-time backers… mover types) who wanted Trump in so they could overturn or undermine the government — which he (this “genius” guy) says is a good thing. He said he thinks I think it’s a bad thing. YES

I would “like” your sharing of these videos if I had a like function (a perk of having a website).

The Trump campaign, the transition, the inauguration, the administration, The Trump Organization (a collective name for a group of business entities), The Trump Foundation (fraudulent charity), and his own person… are areas where he has problems.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (at least)… oh, and his family. Tiffany may have stayed far enough away for her own good. Lucky outcast.
