Corned beef hash and eggs, chicken fried steak and eggs, Eggs Benedict (do you sense an ‘egg’ theme going on here? ) π Um…maybe these meats and eggs are considered under the category? Omelets…. marmalade…I like sourdough bread for my toast. But as broad categories, I think you got it covered. Hey! What about those of us who consider cold pizza a suitable ‘breakfast’ food?

Gotta have cream for the coffee (at least half-n-half).
I don’t think I saw anything like hash browns or cottage fries.
Something like chicken marsala. There’s a really cozy place nearby
with all kinds of stuff… (even a bloody mary bar).
For danish, cheese is good, cinnamon is good, sometimes apple… cherry.
For jam, I think the grape and strawberry are good. I went through phases for orange marmalade or apple butter or other things. Cherry preserves. Apricot.
Oo… eggs florentine.
I actually like all kinds of eggs,
but if they are sunny-side-up or over easy,
I like to have toast to soak up yolk.
Did you list butter? Real
butter — or non-hydrogenated
whatever in the world other sorta stuff.

When I eat them, I do use maple syrup. But powdered sugar in French toast.

Flavored that way I could skip the sweetener.

Or chili (different kind) with eggs… I don’t remember what that’s called.

How could I forget that? Thereβs a great Mexican place near me and I love their bean dishes.

I often just have cold cereal during the week but we usually have a eggs, sausage and hash browns breakfast on Sunday. Although as the chill of winter sets in I do occasionally have oatmeal. … now I am hungry for pancakes or French toast!
