FOWC with Fandango — Violation

FOWCWelcome to September 25, 2018 and to Fandango’s One-Word Challenge (aka, FOWC). It’s designed to fill the void after WordPress bailed on its daily one-word prompt.

I will be posting each day’s word just after midnight Pacific Time (US).

Today’s word is “violation.”

Write a post using that word. It can be prose, poetry, fiction, non-fiction. It can be any length. It can be just a picture or a drawing if you want. No holds barred, so to speak.

Once you are done, tag your post with #FOWC and create a pingback to this post if you are on WordPress. Or you can simply include a link to your post in the comments.

And be sure to read the posts of other bloggers who respond to this prompt. You will marvel at their creativity.

The GOP Perpetrator’s Trinity = Trump, Thomas, and Kavanaugh. I’ve no doubt that there are others…The number of victims will continue to grow.

    Responding to Marilyn:

Any of my friends who found jobs during high school in environments (such as restaurants) that had male (direct) managers had to grapple with the fact the boss wanted sex (and expected some level of physical interaction). I counseled them to know they didn’t have to comply (while it clearly wasn’t easy to make that impression on each jerk in question) — that it was wrong. Friends who worked in female clothing retailer shops did not have this kind of problem. It was a little difficult in the starting job market at that particular time, and I didn’t get a job on main street so to speak. But when I got a job as an assistant to a woman who sold high-end products in home sales, her son thought he must be obviously irresistible.
