   Someone has a very VERY odd sense of humor. Didn’t these things used to be called something else? Honey Bucket. Not the kind of honey I’d enjoy, but to each their own I suppose!! 😉

   Actually, “Honey Bucket” is a common euphemism for a portable toilet including toilets on commercial aircraft.

     I’d never heard that term used for an airplane’s lavatory, and I used to fly a lot.

   “Honey bucket” is what the Japanese called “human shit” they collected. This is a direct (and highly appropriate) translation.
