One-Liner Wednesday — Chicken Plucker

“If you pluck a chicken one feather at a time, then people won’t notice.”

Benito Mussolini
Italian politician and journalist,
Leader of the National Fascist Party.

While creating the appearance of chaos through widely-reported distractions and diversions, Donald Trump is quietly reconstructing the American judicial system.

As of May 15th, the United States Senate has confirmed 39 federal judges nominated by President Trump, including one Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, 21 judges for the U.S. Courts of Appeals, and 17 judges for the U.S. District Courts.

During his first year in office, Trump set a record for the most ever federal appeals judges confirmed during the first year of a presidency. And he is continuing at his fast pace. The vast majority of his appointees have been white and male. And all have been pretty far to the right on the political spectrum.

So while we have all been watching the clown car that is the Trump presidency, Trump has been plucking away at the American judicial system one feather at a time and hardly anyone has noticed.

Trump does share some very common beliefs with fascism. Luckily fascism requires a dictator and not a one term president (hopefully). But the shadow Trump is casting may not go away as easily as he himself will eventually go away. But remember ex-presidents have absolutely no power in government!

Trump may decide to become a dictator rather than hand over the White House in 2020 if he thinks he’s not going to win.

Of course Trump is in his 70’s, overweight, doesn’t exercise, eats terribly! I don’t care what his doctor says, he’s on term limits!

It’s not nice to wish bad things on Trump but I consider this an eminent domain issue, it would benefit the masses and send the message to young people that if you don’t take care of your body, bad things will happen!

Trump wishes bad things on anyone who is not like him any anyone who questions or challenges him. So I believe that it is perfectly acceptable to wish bad things on him.

So basically if he ever fails in elections he has a support ready to fulfill his dictatorial ambitions?

We need to get the vote OUT and VOTING for the 2018 elections. That could flip the house and that would change everything.

Assuming that the voting process isn’t hacked.

I saw him as a clown BEFORE the selection, who became the ring leader AFTER.
